downloaded documentation in link sent over the weekend Adobe will not open as it now requires 'Document Open Password' which I do not.
Why has access been changed.

Hi Ian, your password to open the documents can be found within the email the attachment was sent in. It will be your date of birth and postcode. So if you were born on the 1st July 1982 and your postcode is RG24 4EA, your password would be 01071982rg244ea. We hope you've managed to get this sorted since.
