This company is a scam. They have been charging me monthly $150 and will not stop. I returned the models without ever opening them and never even using them after an accidental purchase. They will not refund anything and keep charging me. Customer service is terrible and only respond through emails. Stay away!

I have started the trial of the product, it didn't work for me, no issue. Via chat I requested to cancel the trial as i am not looking to continue to use the product they ask me to send the email to get this cancel, have done that got busy and after a while checked why i am getting billed, started the chat with same person Jeny who i have send email in November to cancel the account, have shared the same November email to her she is still asking for proof and not refunding the funds, I have shared the proof that I have send email on time and have communicated on time to close the account then why I have been charged plus accepting the fault at their end and not refunding the funds. For this reason I would say they are looter and fraud.
