Do not use this company, I cancelled 12 months ago, and it turns out they have still been taking the money out of my account, they say they won’t close the account until I have sent back the box (only just found this out) They expect me to send the box back at my expense! They have now had over £600 of my money for a service I have not received this is tantermount to theft! USE AT YOUR OWN TISK

Signed up, YOU HAVE TO GIVE your card details, which I decided the next day; it was just too expensive when you could get a guest portal from a 3rd party for next to nothing and still have an enterprise-grade router. And legitimately obtain guest data.

I noticed that my account was debited; I informed customer services before that but raised it again.
Now, customer service was told about the debit immediately and was reassured that it was " to test my card bank account is valid" and would not go through. Which is true, but why such a high number would £1 do?
Despite confirming the request was processed to cancel my order/service order customer service or support, after three days, a debit for the actual services was processed on my account.
A complete time-wasting activity, which I then have to clarify again with this lot, check with the bank.
A complete shambles - they keep saying nothing will be debited, everything is fine

They keep charging you indifinitely when even if you don't use their service. The platform is limited and useless don't even trial them

Terrible company, do not be fooled. We signed up realized its limitations and then tried to cancel. We had two trial accounts and asked for them to be cancelled. They cancelled one and when we reached out asking for the other to be cancelled they said that we only cancelled one of them and thus would not refund the $138 for the other one for the one month. This is not a company that is concerned about reputation and we decided to cancel after realizing it was crap and there was a much better (and cheaper) option out there (Bloom). Terrible product and terrible service. On top of everything they're now offering 2 months for free (because so many are cancelling presumably).

As a small business this might not be for you. As a start up small business we count our pennies. Six months into our service our cafe was hit by lightning causing the Beambox power (IP Power) adapter to literally blow apart. Beambox is not willing to do any sort of exchange or offer any sort of discount to exchange our box. So, if you are a start up business it might be a little expensive and know they do not have your back.

Really easy to use and set up. We have only had it for a few weeks but it's working working great so far.
