Beams Avis

Got in touch with Beams from a Google search, no prior knowledge of them. Had our small bathroom completely gutted and re-done.
The whole process was handled very well, there was a good amount of communication and the design process was smooth, I felt that our designer listened and took on board all our views.
The actual renovation was also great, the builders were punctual and did their best to minimise the mess.
There were some small issues that came up during the process, but the communication I had with the team meant that they were all sorted out quickly and satisfactorily.
Would recommend and we'd also use Beams again in future.

I was recommended Beams by a neighbour who was very impressed. They have been extremely efficient and reassuring. It was a complex project but they took it all in their stride and I would highly recommend for home renovations. They recommended very good contractors who were all punctual, polite and capable. Beams were always responsive to queries and concerns. Happy to recommend.

We had a great experience with Beams working with them on our new kitchen. Our designer totally understood what we wanted and I loved the flexible design process mixing and matching different products from their catalogue. They were transparent about price and timings the whole way through and I was very pleased that everything came in on budget.

My planner and designer at Beams were excellent. They helped me navigate some tricky layout decisions and came up with a design I love for my new kitchen extension. A much smoother process than previous renovations!

GREAT JOB
Beams listened to exactly what we had in mind for our new Kitchen and matched us with a local contractor who was great , worked efficiently and kept the place nice and tidy

*Made renovating so much easier*
We've done a few DIY renovations in the past but decided to get some help this time and am SO pleased we did. The Beams team were so supportive and helped bring our vision to life in both bathrooms. They handled everything for us and our builder was a star. First time I've ever had a project run on time.

Beams came highly recommended and they’ve exceeded all expectations. The planning team were able to project accurate timing and budget estimates and manage the whole process seamlessly Their Designer, Simon very cleverly redesigned our master bathroom beyond what we could have imagined ourselves. Their team are highly professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. They’ve completely revolutionized the renovation process.

Exemplary service from start to finish! Our bathroom project was completed both on time and on budget, a rare feat in the world of renovations. The team were an absolute pleasure to work with—particularly Brooke and Ryan, whose attention to detail and professional demeanour were truly commendable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a hassle-free renovation experience.

I'm currently in the process of having two batherooms redone with Beams. I looked at a few different approaches - from designing it myself (!), to getting a designer and braving the London building market, to working with a turnkey provider. Eventually I acknowledged that I was neither a designer nor had any reputable builders/plumbers/electricians I could call on and plumped for the latter!
I had some ideas about what I wanted and shared these with Simon (our designer) who quickly pulled something great together. We had a couple of feedback sessions to discuss each element in detail and by the end of that had something I loved..... unfortunately it was overbudget. Again, Simon was great and giving us options of where we could take cost out without compromising the design and after a little wrangling we have two bathrooms that are almost identical to the original designs and within budget!
Currently Beams are procuring all of our materials and organising the build phase. I can't tell you how lovely it is to not have to do that ourselves - I wouldn't even know where to start! If the build goes as well as the design, I'll be delighted!

Absolute pleasure using Beams! The planning team are great, totally understood the spec. They’ve fully guided me through my renovation options with a smooth process. As a time-poor, busy, working Londoner their turnkey service offering removes all the inevitable hassle. Highly recommend these guys

Impressive!

We looked at a few different options for our bathroom renovations. Beams came highly recommended so we went for them - and they certainly lived up to our expectations. They are easy to work with and we particularly enjoyed making the designs our own with our designer Simon - and the end product was spot on (credit to him not us!)

Beams made renovating my bathrooms a real pleasure. They guided me through the whole process and matched me with a very trustworthy contractor. I felt in control and supported through the entire project. The finish on all three of our bathrooms is fantastic, we couldn't be happier!

Such a simple process! My Beams planner put together a detailed proposal for my project. It really helped to understand the cost of my renovation up front. I’ve received a few quotes that were hard to understand. My Beams quote included everything (labour, materials, and project management). Would highly recommend.

Having been contemplating updating our bathroom for a while, we'd been intimidated by the process of finding suitable contractors and design teams, as it's not just a simple update/refit.
Getting introduced to the Beams team came at such an opportune time. Throughout the design process, the team have been sympathetic to our desires, and presented multiple iterations for us to choose from. Having had a lot of help navigating our leaseholder obligations has been invaluable. I'll update once the project is finished but all interactions thus far have been great! Ryan's hand-holding throughout the process has been a blessing, and we've been thoroughly impressed with all the team.

Working with beams has been such a pleasant experience! I cannot recommend Beams enough!
I’ve been wanting to renovate my bathroom for years but finding a contractor was really overwhelming. The Beams team removed all the stress and matched me with a wonderful contractor who is respectful and I trust! The design process has been seamless and they helped me bring my dream bathroom to life!
I can’t believe how seamless this has been. 5* recommendation!
