Poor customer service
I placed an order 8th January. On 12th January i was contacted to inform me that the colour was no longer in stock and to query if i can pick another. I've replied to this email, and subsequently contacted Bearhug on the support email and via instagram over the last couple of weeks with no reply. Disappointing as they have charged the order but have not allowed me to substitute or claim a refund

A small issue with a shortage in the colour I’d chosen was swiftly resolved by Bearhug reaching ju to me with a number of options for me to consider.
The coat was delivered the following day.

Such a disappointment
Such a disappointment. Delivery was prompt. Hood on parka was poorly finished. Customer service awful & virtually non existent. Could not & would not recommend. Looking forward to a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ product & service but got ⭐. Buy elsewhere.

Absolutely delighted with my purchase…
Absolutely delighted with my purchase of the thermal robe and dry mat. Bought it for my 20yr old son who surfs and has taken to daily sea swims. Had bought them as his Christmas present but on seeing the quality and the dropping temperatures I couldn't wait. He is over the moon with it, perfect size and so snug. Bearhug added one of their new beanies as a gift and that and a lovely handwritten note from Sineàd, was the icing on the cake. Recommend 💯. Buy Irish..

great product
Excellent product bought at Cafe Du Journal. €130 which was a little cheaper than the dry robe but just as good. Came in lots of colours too

Great product....I bought it for my 10…
Great product....I bought it for my 10 year old and because she's a wheel chair user I didn't want it too big or long. Just for her I found sleeves and hood a little on the short/small side but generally it was a good fit. Very handy also for trips to the swimming pool.
