They sent me a video of my order being packed. Such a unique and personal touch. The new packing videos they do should be even better as the service they used fixed some bugs since (screen orientation on some mobile phones, etc.).

BearHugs is the most gorgeous company! Faye, it’s owner, has worked so hard over the years to create this beautiful concept of sending a bear hug and has been my go to for ordering thinking of you packages for over ten years now. Each package is beautifully designed to be a hug in a box, and gorgeously wrapped. You can curate your own boxes or send one of the lovely pre packed boxes. Sometimes I forget to add my little note but Faye always is able to quickly follow up if it’s been forgotten and the packages arrive safe and sound to their intended recipients. I honestly can’t rate this company enough and will keep using - times are tough and these boxes bring smiles and joy which we all need!
