Beautiful gift with thoughtful and kind customer service
The website was so easy to use, selecting items to make up my own gift from such a lovely range. Packaging and posting was very efficient and their customer service was excellent with thoughtful and kind communications. I’m so happy with this service I would highly recommend to anyone.

A hug from afar
I live in France, since Brexit it was getting increasingly difficult to get parcels to the UK. As I wanted to keep on sending care packages to my UK-based friend without having to pay more on delivery than on parcel content or to expose my friend to prohibitive custom fees, I choose BearHug. I'm glad I did, the items are of great quality, well-packed and lovely! It is really a hug from afar!

This is the 2nd time I have used this Company the quality of the products is excellent and certainly brought a smile to the receiptian. They are beautifully presented. I only have one suggestion that the address box needs an extra line as I was not able to fit the full address details in. The problem was solved very quickly by their customer service. I fully recommend this company to spread some cheer to your friends and family

Hi Linda, I'm so sorry to hear that you felt your order was delivered late. I've just taken a look into this and can see that you placed your order in the couple of weeks we closed while I took some maternity leave after the arrival of my baby. We had an announcement banner live at the top of our website at the time you placed your order explaining that all orders placed while we were closed would be dispatched as soon as we reopened. On all of our product pages, we popped a little box up which stated the earliest arrival date of gifts. We also sent an email to everyone who placed an order in this time to make sure it was clear that it would take a little longer than usual for hugs to arrive. I'm so sorry if our email didn't reach you for any reason - I wonder if a spam filter could have perhaps got in the way? Honestly SUCH a lovely company
Honestly SUCH a lovely company. I placed an order in a hurry, and made a few errors on it (accidentally deleted the wrong item out of the basket, and wanted the box to be sent to my friends address but mistakenly sent it to myself!) I emailed by replying to the confirmation email and my issue was quickly resolved and condolences sent about my friends situation too.
Aside from the customer service, the products available are the sweetest, and I just think the whole concept is wonderful, for when you want to send a care pack to someone but don't have the time and don't want to send the usual flowers. It is just that bit more personal and thoughtful, and can be made as much or as little as you want. I have had a box sent to me in the past and the quality of the items are beautiful too, not like the usual cheap things in mixed boxes.
I really can't recommend Bear Hugs enough, from the customer service to the idea to the quality of their items, and can be sent for any occasion or event. Thank you so much for helping me in a sad situation!
