I love BearHugs. It has a great range of gifts for all occasions (from just wanting to say "I'm here and I'm thinking of you" to "Happy Birthday" or beautiful gifts for new babies). Delivery is super fast though you can also specify a date for sending or put a sticker on your gift to tell the recipient to open it on a certain day. The customer service is fantastic - they sometimes email to check if something seems a little odd (eg you've forgotten to include your name or the address is wrong) and they respond very quickly and with a very human touch if you contact them. The bear-hug boxes never fail to brighten the recipient's day and my sister always reuses them because they are so cute. Lots of small/local producers and allergy-friendly options.

Nice choice of products and good to see the discounted short-shelf-life stuff. It would be nice to see less gendered stuff - it all seems aimed at women. And maybe some dried flowers?

I’ve purchased many gift boxes from Bear Hug Gifts over the years and I always return here because they never disappoint. I love the variety and the introduction of new items throughout the year, the option to add a sticker to say ‘don’t open until *insert date*’ is really handy, and the design of the boxes themselves with the hugging arms make this extra special. I live in Canada now and I like to send Bear Hug Gifts to my friends and family back in the U.K. to let them know I’m thinking of them, and to extend a little hug!
