I have ordered from BeautyBoxKorea a total of three times in Fall/Winter 2019. Every time, the items were brand new, authentic, and carefully packaged with a lot of bubble wrap and foam sheets. Although the orders took a while to arrive to where I live (USA), the customer service were always polite, understanding, and quick to reply. They have a lot of rare items that are available online soon after they are released in Korea. The shipping fees may be high for some people. In conclusion, my experience ordering from them were more than pleasant, and I will definitely order from them again!

Pros:
+ Can request any kbeauty item, just give the links in their forum page
+ Quite fast in replying queries and uploading your requests
+ You can choose your own shipping method according to your preferences
+ I received bonus items from my purchases which is always nice
+ Very safe packaging
Cons (not actually for me, but maybe for other people):
- Takes 1 week-ish to get their supplies which makes sense, because even if I order stuff online in UK like Revolution, superdrug and stuff sometimes it took 1 week to arrive after the order date. Then they will pack the item and send it to us when everything is ready to dispatch.
- They don't cover up your customs fee, so it is preferrable to buy things in bulk in BBK so the customs VAT / fee + Royal Mail fee won't feel as much burden :(

Great prices, authentic items, responsive customer service but POOR DISPATCH TIMES.
I've been ordering from BBK for over 2 years now and they've been my favourite supplier since.
Why?
- they offer the LARGEST range of beauty products with competitive prices
- Customer service replies to you within minutes
- Product request available
- Parcel well wrapped with plenty of samples inside
However, they TAKE A LONG TIME TO DISPATCH YOUR ITEMS. Sometimes it takes OVER A WEEK. Which is absolutely atrocious. Especially for an online K-Beauty supplier!

My first order experience with BeautyBoxKorea.com
Even though they aren't as large as the other K-Beauty suppliers in Korea. One thing that I found very unique about them is that you can actual buy miniature versions/sample size of certain products. I found my first order with them a very pleasant experience and they were quick to process/ship my order to the United States. In terms, of shipping fees you would have make comparisons with the other K-beauty suppliers and choose the k-beauty supplier that best suits your needs. One thing that I appreciated very much and made me feel good was that in my first order they included a small packet wrapped with samples that said, Thank You. Would recommend them for certain products and buy from them again!!
