Absolutely shocking service. Ordered 2 items - absolutely crap quality and not true to size. Contacted them about returning and they said shipping charges would be too much for me so offered me minimal refund - which they increased - bit I had to chase it. Wish I had read the reviews first. They don't even warrant a 1 star....

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have tried to make a return within 30 days and have been told to keep the items and be expected to accept a 20% refund.
I ordered 5 items and 3 were delivered. One arrived without any labels (I won't be able to prove this) and the other two were badly sized.
Despite having a UK web address, this is a foreign company so I am not sure I will be protected by Trading Standards.
Only gave one star as I had to choose one to be abld to submit a review.

I also wish I had read the reviews from Trust Pilot. I purchased 3 items for comparison and none of them fit. All too large and the company want me to send my measurements and measure the items with photos to prove they do not fit. Clearly a scam to avoid refunds. DO NOT USE them.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE. The sizing of products is awful and when I tried to return them the company are a disgrace. Endless emails with them trying hard not to take them back, after about 20+ emails I settled for a 50% refund and then that took 3 weeks to complete. STAY CLEAR THEY ARE USA BASED DESPITE THEIR UK WEB ADDRESS.

This is a terrible company and frankly more like a scam.
Wish I had checked here before I ordered.
I thought it was a uk company and ordered several items.
6 weeks later and nothing has arrived. Daily emails saying it’s on its way. Not expecting the product to be any good when it does arrive.
Same experience as everyone else, not expecting to be able to return anything either. Disgraceful.

I bought swimwear on 2occaisions I bought swimwear on 2 occasions due to my making a mistake because they hadn’t delivered. And I thought that the transaction hadn’t gone through. 18 days went by and they weren’t even packing it. All I had was an email acknowledging my purchases. Luckily I was refunded. Some have not been as lucky as me.

Ordered 2 swimsuits 31st January Chased delivery they say out of stock yet they still show on their website nothing showing as out of stock.Asked when expecting a delivery they can't say, Have now asked for a refund All seems a bit dodgy to me .

Don’t ever buy anything from them.

I am still waiting to receive my 3 items after over a month. I have been told one is out of stock and I can order another item. But the web contact dosn't work to do the reorder? I can find no tel no either and now I am getting no reply to my recent email? Is this a scam company?

Do not buy from this company! I have had similar experiences to others who have posted here...when you need to return unsuitable items they insist on you sending to the USA at your own cost, so that it's not worth it. The measurements on their costumes are all off and they will argue with you endlessly, whilst offering partial refunds and discount vouchers for future purchases (as if!). They just have an endless line of BS to feed you about how you've measured wrong etc. I eventually agreed to 50% back just to be done with it.

I ordered before reading reviews as I was taken with items, price & stupidly though company based in the UK.
After various emails trying to cancel order, two items received but too small and not particularly good quality. I wanted to return the items the company tried to make me various offers, keep items & we’ll refund you 50%. If I returned items it would have to be to the US and I would have to pay postage costs and also the initial postage costs would be deducted from refund.
As I paid by credit card contacted the provider & they did a claim back under Faulty Goods & Service.

I ordered paid for and ordered 2 swimsuits in July £56.00 . I was told that one wasn't available and had to pick the alternative they suggested. I asked fir my money back , but they refused. They sent me the swimwear , original fitted the alternative is far to small even though they sent a larger size. Came from Xhina with no paperwork. Address on parcel was West Bromich Warehouse. I have been trying to return and get a refund for 6 weeks and the company refused to give me details to return, offering 20% refund , 30% etc up to 50% . I have raised as a dispute with my bank. Buyer beware !!!!!!

Don’t be fooled by the the.co.uk. Not from Uk at all but from China. Stupidly I ordered 2 costumes for holiday thinking it’s a uk website so will only take a couple days. The despatch email came a week after ordering and the tracking number doesn’t work. Lots of Chinese writing so being confused looked at reviews on the company and not good. If I get the goods they will probably be too late and reading reviews they will be unusable. The goods were not cheap either. Feel so stupid, genuinely thought I was ordering from a UK site.

How is this company functioning and why is no one looking into why they are stealing customers money?

I ordered and paid for two swimsuits.
I waited for about a month..., no email, no post.
I wrote to customer service, after a few hours I got a reply that my swimsuit is sold out and I should choose another one, otherwise they will refund my money.
I opted for a refund, which arrived in my account within 2 days.

UPDATE: Reported to my bank and the Police fraud team. Bank have fully refunded me and are investigating the company. Finally sent a return address but with clear intention that they will not be refunding 'even if it arrives'. The address was for a freight warehouse that's listed for a golfing supply company, beautycurve is not registered at the docks.
Ordered 3 swimdresses - One as expected, one faulty (sizing not as described in sizechart), one didn't arrive, sent an unsuitable incorrect product instead. Followed their returns policy and emailed to request return/refund. The asked for photos of measurements of the faulty product (weird) and didn't acknowledge the other issue. Took the photos, measurements were 25% less than on their charts, so either faulty or mislabelled or falsely advertised. They offered 20% refund and keep the useless products. back and forth on email, then offered 30% refund and 20% voucher on next order (as if!). Checked Companies House, Trustpilot and realised they were scammers. They said i would have to return to USA at my cost. They refuse to send a returns address or refund. I have a West Midlands address on the package for returns, they told me 'DO NOT SEND ANYTHING THERE' - very weird. Checked, they are not registered at that industrial estate. They delete all negative reviews from their site or FB. I've raised it as a dispute with my bank who are investigating them and sent them all the evidence they need. I am also reporting them to Trading Standards. Wish I'd seen the reviews here first, can't believe they are still operating and nobody has stopped them continuing to rob people. They are scammers, frauds, operating illegally.

No item received, no confirmation of purchase.

SHOCKING COMPANY

If I could zero stars I would! I have no idea where this company is based but is certainly not the UK, you wait ages & ages for your items and there is no one to contact for enquiries. My item has still not arrived and I ordered it two weeks ago! Furious is not the word! Avoid at all cost!!

Would have liked 0 stars option. I ordered a 2 piece swimsuit. Bottoms were perfect, top was way too small.
1. I asked for return label as it said on website.
2. They asked the reason.
3. I explained sizing issue.
4. They asked for my measurements to see if it was my fault!!!
5. I explained that was irrelevant as I had a product that didn't fit and wanted to return it.
6. They said return address was America and I would have to pay postage. They'd give me 20 % and I could keep it.
9 more emails toing and froing and I said I would seek a refund from my credit card provider. Then offered 50% which I accepted. Waited 5 days more than date range promised then emailed and said I would be reporting them to my. Credit card provider. 50 % (not including original postage) was in my account by the next morning. Hoping the charity shop has found a pear shaped lady to enjoy the product. Normally buy ftom Shein at 1/3rd of the price, similar quality and good sizing.
