Great service overall
Competitive pricing, good selection of products and fast delivery. Order arrived also well packaged.
As an improvement, I would suggest you send an email with the tracking info or add it to the 'Orders' section of the account. However, shipping was so fast that I don't think tracking info would have made a difference :-)

I have ordered a shaver on 27 Aipril they told me i would get the order in 5 working days but was very delay and i phoned and emailed them many times they didn’t answer finally answered my email told me verify my address I did it to redelivery on today was waiting to get it i couldn’t unfortunately it’s bad service that i have never seen before

The price and delivery was great the only issue I placed the order and I got charged but I didn’t get any confirmation and order number I got a mail to pay again so I have to call the customer service and one lady helped me out and sent me the order number and tracking information was I bit confused and stressed

Great customer service, Had issues with my order but they have been in contact to make sure I was happy and offered options on how they could recover the issues .
At least I know if there are issues that this company do not fob you off and like to keep customers happy and keep them too 🙂
