Beauty Outlet Avis

Amazing website. Managed to get a discontinued lipstick I have been looking for, for a long time.

I was looking for a lipstick that I loved but the colour seemed to have ben discontinued. Found it on Beauty Outlet. Had never heard of them before but will defo be heading back. Ordered on the Sunday, arrived Tuesday. Cannot fault. The thank you for shopping with us note and who it was packed by is a nice touch.

Beauty Outlet are fantastic!! I managed to find an eyeshadow on their website, that I have used for sometime that no longer seemed to be sold on the high street. Not only was it a fantastic price and cheaper than I've ever paid, it was dispatched super fast and arrived the next morning, securely packaged.First class service all round. Thank you.

You have nice polite staff at your branch at the fort shopping centre always there to help i enjoy going in there every week

I love this website! They have a lot of items to choose from and the products are really well priced. Delivery took 5 days which was more than I expected but I am happy with the items, how they were packaged and the ease of finding what I was looking for.

Ordered on the Tuesday evening and my package was delivered Thursday morning! So impressed with how quickly it came and also at a fraction of the price of anywhere else

Ordered twice from this company and will be spending alot more and spreading the word to my family and friends.

This company upholds everything it says, "before leaving any negative feedback, give us an opportunity to resolve it" and so they did in a speedy timely manner. I had a very minor issue and this company replied within hours and resolve it.

100% for customer services, speedy delivery, secure packaging and immaculate goods.

100% recommend anyone who is thinking of ordering from Beauty Outlet. You will not be disappointed. It will be your 'go to' if you need make up or anything else.

I myself had been in customer service for over 40 years, and this company is on point. Customer service is vital, especially regarding online orders, it builds trust. Many companies have lost that.

Well done to everyone who was involved in my order, from start to finished. I appreciate you all for the service I received.

Thank you.

I never heard of Beauty Outlet before, I was looking for Face Foundation and I came across this site. I placed my order and it took 2 days and it was packed Beautifully by a Lady call Sophie. To Sophie Thank You, I will be ordering more beauty and skincare, Excellent

I really liked there product, quality was good with cheap prices and yes with a quick delivery

I was able to get makeup that I am finding it harder to source and at such an excellent price too. Thank you so much the service and delivery was also excellent, efficient and very quick. Thank you.

Yesterday I went to get some gifts from your store in MC Arthur Glen, all staff were very kind and helpful. I saw a mystery makeup box which would be perfect as a birthday present. And I checked inside of the box same day and there were no product inside just bottles empty or with a miniature amount of product which they all looked expired and all seemed as if they were all testers, as they weren't sealed and we're absolute empty for £8 this is disgusting because I had paid for all testers which I could've gotten full and new product but I had nothing worthy inside. Is there any sort of way I can get a refund for this please? As I haven't dared to use anything. I wouldn't risk it at all!

Good products and good customer service! I recommend them.

I ordered a gift for my daughter for Christmas and I didn’t think it would come in time but it came the next day just in time for Christmas!

Super quick delivery. Easy to track in the Shop app.
Products as described, and at a great price.
Love the fact that my parcel came with a personalised note saying who packed it, nice touch.
This is the first time I have shopped with this company online, as usually visit their physical store at Gunwharf Quays (also great).
