Beautyrest Avis 

Dealing with beauty, rest was OK. It was their shipping partner that was absolutely atrocious. The left hand did not know what the right hand was doing much along this transaction specifically with with RXO the shipper/delivery people. The bet itself was comfortable to sleep on, but the sides don’t hold up when you sit on the same spot as I do to put my socks on every day. In my opinion, that’s pretty low quality to not make the sides of the bed hold up. The response below is a perfect example of a left hand, not knowing what the right hand doing as if they would’ve looked us up they would’ve seen that. We already got a replacement mattress, but yet they don’t back up the replacement mattress only the original purchase they have clearly said within their letters to us that this is the only time that they will ever replace the mattress because of defects. They would know this if they actually had looked us up and seen our account, but they didn’t do that. It is really disappointing to see a comment back from them in a response to feedback that we had left, only to witness the same exact disconnect that we were complaining about in the first place.

Everything went well from selection to ordering to delivery.

The mattress is for a house guest, due to arrive in a few weeks. The mattress was affordable, very comfortable, and easy to set-up onto the platform.

It’s been three weeks and the delivery of our mattress was just rescheduled for another two weeks from now. It feels like it’s being held hostage since we know it’s at the shipping company’s place right across town. I purchased directly from Beautyrest and have emailed them with no response.

Excellent warranty process. Replacement has held up much better than the original so far.

Delivered did a great job

You lied. I have a case open now w the CT Dept of Consumer Protection - this product had a feature box on it that said "Free Mattress Removal" when I made this purchase. Later, you explained how that is not offered AND changed the listing on your website. You also said I would hear from RXO Logistics twice before this was delivered, for scheduling...what actually happened was Fedex slung it into the driveway unannounced, in the rain and never knocked or rang the bell.

I got this pillow to help with neck strain and tension overnight leading to headaches. I can honestly say my headaches have decreased since getting this pillow and using it nightly. It was recommended by a friend and I am so glad I asked for her thoughts on pillows. It's been a success.

The experience was fantastic with communication and professionalism. I live in a rural area so on my end I had limited communication via phone so apart from that situation on my end everything went great. The bed is amazing, best sleep ive had in 10 years. The gentlemen that delivered it insisted on taking care of everything even though my husband wanted to help out they were very kind and professional. We definitely made sure they both got a tip for their amazing service because it was a lot of hard physical work bringing that in our home.
The only issue I had due to my limited cell service is that customer service "for delivery only" closed at 6pm and my delivery was delayed to over 8pm and I couldn't get someone on that end with accurate time information.
Other than that minor thing my experience was amazing. I've never spent so much on a mattress and it was hard for me to justify it but with the incredible quality of the mattress and the 100 day guarantee plus the service throughout waiting for it's well worth it:)

We were looking for a foundation that would support our full mattress that was only 52.5 inches wide with slats less than 6" apart and built well. This Beautyrest 5.5" foundation fit the bill and we are extremely happy with it. The feel of sleeping on our mattress has been wonderfully enhanced.

What a difference a mattress makes! Seriously, after 6 years on a "memory foam" mattress, a mattress I had to battle every night to find any comfortable position, my Beautyrest Black Series 3 is paradise. I have a very bad back (3 herniated discs), and I can feel the extra support provided by the mini-coils. I'm sleeping better, and much more comfortably now.

I ordered directly from Beautyrest, and the experience was stellar. Great communication, quick shipping, and very easy delivery. Very happy overall.
