The delivery company scheduled the delivery for 9/17 then a few days before they rescheduled for 9/18. I am out of town that day so I called and they scheduled for 9/17 then 5 minutes later reschedule... Voir plus

No response from Beautyrest
Beautyrest should stop using RXO delivery to deliver their mattress. This company changed the delivery date 4 times. They are unaccountable and do not return calls that they committed on. All they do is apologize. What good does that do. They work for and represent Beautyrest. I emailed Beautyrest about this asking them to help expedite this order. Never got a response nor acknowledgement. Just because of this I will not purchase any Beautyrest product in the future.

Delivery service is not white glove delivery and setup. I have contacted Beautyrest about this experience and not heard back.

Happy with this pillow
I like that it has a 100 night trial period. Though I doubt I will need to return the pillow. I purchased a down alternative pillow and it has been performing well. I go to sleep on my back and then switch to side sleeping later in the night. The pillow has provided the support I need for these sleep positions. I have not been waking up with neck pain or headaches, so that is good news. At this point I am pleased with this purchase.

The delivery guys were polite
The delivery guys were polite, respectful and worked quickly and efficiently to remove our old mattress and box springs. They did request assistance when bringing the new mattress in as they were concerned with damage that may have occurred while bringing the VERY HEAVY mattress in...they were conscientious enough to ask for the help and I appreciated that!

Good communication on delivery date and time. The gents who picked up the old mattress and brought the new mattress into the house were on time, had good communication skills, and were freindly. They were also very strong and careful when they brought the mattress into the house.

Absolutely HORRIBLE shipping
Absolutely HORRIBLE shipping. Scheduled a day to take off work and be home to receive the mattresses I ordered. The delivery window goes by with no mattresses and two hours later I get a text that they won’t be delivered that day. Schedule a new day and take another day off work. Wait around all day again only to have them cancel the order after the window closes. I had to spend hours on the phone with Beautyrest and RXO to get them to realize they messed up and get my mattresses delivered later that night. Will NEVER buy from Beautyrest again.

Poor Delivery follow through
I ordered a Beautyrest Black Hybrid Series Three XCS Medium directly from Beautyrest.com on June 19, 2026, spending over $4,000 on what I expected to be a premium purchasing experience.
At checkout, free white-glove delivery and mattress pickup were advertised. The earliest available delivery date was July 17, which I accepted.
On July 17, after receiving no delivery confirmation or delivery window, I called customer service and was shocked to learn that my delivery had essentially been canceled because I live more than 300 miles from the warehouse. I was then informed that deliveries to my area only occur once every three weeks and that the next available date would not be until August 14—nearly two months after placing my order.
What is most frustrating is that my address was known at the time of purchase. If my location presented a delivery issue, this should have been disclosed before accepting my order and scheduling a delivery date.
I have contacted both Beautyrest and their delivery provider RXO, and neither company has been willing to provide a meaningful solution or guarantee that the August 14 delivery will actually happen.
For a mattress costing over $4,000, I expected much better communication and customer service. At this point, I have little confidence that my mattress will arrive as promised.
Pros: Ordering process was easy.
Cons: Poor communication, canceled delivery without notice, excessive delays, and lack of accountability between Beautyrest and RXO.
I hope someone from Beautyrest reaches out to make this right.

If I could it is a 1/5 of a star I would.
Purchased the Black Signature. Most uncomfortable mattress I have ever laid on. Could feel all the little top coil springs. After a week, I couldn't take it anymore, we exchanged it for a Black Hotel.
In less than one year, the mattress springs began wearing out and some springs bent sideways and the mattress sags.
Beautyrest used to be a quality brand. Not anymore. Tried dealing with customer service about the warranty. Easier to get blood out of a stone. After several phone calls, I have finally gave up. The mattress to going to the dump. I do not recommend this brand.
LOL! Typical automated generic response from Beautyrest. If it was an actual person that read my comment, they would have noted that I have already made several phone calls to no avail.

Terrible mattress for such a high…
Terrible mattress for such a high priced one. After a few months it developed dips and depressed areas in the mattress. I contacted the outlet where I purchase it and Beautyrest's response was basically that they are not responsible for my comfort! So instead of having back, hip and neck pain, I sleep in a chair or on my couch until I can afford a decent mattress!
