Terrible mattress for such a high…
Terrible mattress for such a high priced one. After a few months it developed dips and depressed areas in the mattress. I contacted the outlet where I purchase it and Beautyrest's response was basically that they are not responsible for my comfort! So instead of having back, hip and neck pain, I sleep in a chair or on my couch until I can afford a decent mattress!

The sides of the bed is not reinforced
The sides of the bed is not reinforced. My bed is dented down on the left side because I tend to gravitate to the edge of the bed. The bed sleeps good but the dented situation makes the experience not good. I paid over $4000 for my mattress and because of this issue, I'll need another mattress soon but can't afford.

Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong.
1. Never received a shipping notification, package could've been stolen.
2. Twin size hybrid mattress that i received was too short in length from what it's advertised on the box and website. Had to take pictures and send a video to prove that it was defective. Total waste of time.
3. Return service was a mess, twice had to schedule a pickup, and twice I was cancelled. Had to finally call them, they claimed some sort of ticket issue. Whatever.
4. Conclusion: hard working people out there,in these busy times that we're living,looking to buy a new mattress, save yourselves the headache and stress. Look elsewhere.

Poor representation
The representative that I spoke with, on the phone, lied about the price and would not honor the price he quoted me when I placed my order. He went on to say that he tried to give me the price he quoted, but when he went to enter it, the system would not allow him to give me the price he quoted. A real bait and switch

No problem with delivery and the Worl
No problem with delivery and the World Class med firm appears to be a nice mattress. However I feel the springs in my side. I’ve tried a latex 2” egg topper without any luck, next a 7 zoned soft topper. It helped with the spring feel but it hurt my shoulders. I just purchased a 3” memory foam and it bottoms out so I feel the springs. I’m still in the window to return so unfortunately it will probably go back. I would keep if the spring thing didn’t happen . I weight 115 lbs if that helps.

Photos and information were requested and sibmitted of large wrinkle on mattress top. Beautyrest kept me informed as to exchange for a new mattress. Outstanding customer service, especially rep stating her name and USA state calling from.I was informed of day and time of delivery, which occurred as described. My husband and I have had time to determine opinion on new, different mattress. No wrinkle, but mattress sleeps hot, and too firm. Oh well, maybe it's our old bones and joints.

The delivery was great.
The pillows are as described on the site. The pillows are exemplary in design, performance, and comfort. This brand of pillows is the only brand that we will purchase.

I purchased the Beautyrest hospitality. It’s the flip one and it’s the best I’ve ever slept in. I give it a 10 stars.
I the Holiday Inn Express in Andalucia Alabama and slept in the most comfortable bed that I’ve ever slept in. When inquired about it, I was informed there was a Guest Purchase program so of course I had to purchase one for myself!

The replacement mattress is awful
The replacement mattress is awful. I would not give this to someone for free, let alone charge someone for it. We already have a hole on it on both sides.
