Ordered a twin xl. Received a twin. Pain to exchange and still experiencing and issue even after talking to customer care and not unwrapping the product but being assured it was the correct product.

We love our mattress
We love our mattress! It’s been 2 months since we got it and it has been a game changer. Maybe because our old mattress was trash. Delivery was exceptional. They took our mattress too.

It was very quick and easy
It was very quick and easy. There no arguing over the problems we had experienced with the mattress. Although, I think the pictures did the talking. The delivery and pick up was very quick and accommodating. Nothing but compliments throughout the process. Thank you

This is a good company
This is a good company. I bought two beds from them and one bed was defective when i contacted Beautyrest they got the necessary information and promptly took care of the issue. I am very happy with this company and the beds we purchased. They were very professional all round even the delivery people were super nice.

Horrible junk ask for a replacement and have to waste hours of time on sending pictures and have to prove I’m not a liar the bed sagging and junk and I didn’t ever hear back from customer service

Down alternative pillows
Ordered 2 down alternative pillows. Shipping was quick and pillows are great, so much better than the foam pillows. Took a little breaking in but pillows are perfect now

I had a beauty rest pillow for years
I had a beauty rest pillow for years, loved it, needed a new pillow, had purchased at Walmarts, they don’t carry them now, bought 3 different ones, but none compared to my old pillow, decided to see if beauty rest had a website, and yes found the pillow I liked, very happy with it, comfortable, supportive and love it.

Beautyrest was very helpful in getting me another mattress because it was still under warranty. I just didn't like having to take pictures everyday not knowing what they are looking for. I thought itvwould have been better if someone came out to see the mattress. It finally worked itself out, except fir thus mattress is not as high and firm as what I had before.
