Beautyrest was very helpful in getting me another mattress because it was still under warranty. I just didn't like having to take pictures everyday not knowing what they are looking for. I thought itvwould have been better if someone came out to see the mattress. It finally worked itself out, except fir thus mattress is not as high and firm as what I had before.

The company kept constant contact with me.
And assisted me with every step
And getting my new mattress, what was timely unacceptable.

Warranty replacement was completed on a timely basis

The pillow is much too soft and flattens out.

I REALLY HATE OUR NEW BEAUTYREST BLACK DIAMOND MEDIUM FIRM MATTES. IT IS NOTHING LIKE WAHT WE WERE TOLD. ITS SUPER HARD AND WE ARE NOT HAVING A PEACEFUL SLEEP. I HAVE GIVEN IT 3 MONTHS TO BREAK IN AND I WAKE UP WITH SUCH HIP PAIN, NECK PAIN ETC. I HAD TO GO AND BUY A MATTRESS TOPPER, AND I HAVE RELIEF NOW, NOT SURE HOW LONG THIS MATTRESS TOPPER WILL LAST? IM MAD THAT I HAD TO GO AND BUY A TOPPER, AFTER BUYING A NEW MATTRESS. NEVER AGAIN.

It has been ridiculous. Order through Costco for mattress by Beautyrest then a foundation from Beautyrest. Order was set to deliver for mattress ahead of foundation delivery. Neither my mattress nor foundation were delivered, even with RXO (delivery company) confirmation … but could arrive any day. I cancelled the foundation order and bought from another vendor - they delivered foundation on time. And the mattress didn’t show up, after 2 weeks I contacted RXO - Costco - Beautyrest - and a Beautyrest sister company. No one could find my order. Costco claims to have refunded me but after 5 weeks I am waiting on it. Costco did process another order through Beautyrest that was delivered. Then, RXO informs me I have another mattress available for delivery. I told them no - and informed Costco - Beautyrest has been no help in this process mind you. So; now after 5 weeks I wait and see if the refund on a mattress that was never delivered will process.

The mattress we received is nice - a Medium Firm which I will say is more like and actual firm. Plan to get a topper as it is very stiff at first.

Delivery was earlier than expected, which worked out well (though could have been problematic had I not been home.) Delivery guy was nice and did the job well and fast. I did get worried briefly when he made it sound like removing my old mattress from my home might not have been part of the contract, but fortunately it was.

Horrible product! 3 different mattresses in 8 years. The SAME issue. 8 years of HORRIBLE sleep!

Wonderful customer service and quick turnaround.

My wife and I are so upset we bought this mattress from their hotel collection. It was non refundable and now we know why. Within a couple weeks we realized we made a mistake. It is not comfortable like the hotels, this is not the same mattress we experienced as a guest that we looked up to buy. Within six months pits started forming where both of us sleep and neither of us are obese. My wife is 110 lbs soaking wet and I’m just over 200. Our sleep life is miserable now and they won’t refund the mattress. Do not buy one of these beds. I’ve had mattresses that were less than a thousand dollars that were better quality. It almost feels like this was used and refurbished somehow but we both wake up in pain every morning. The greatest insult is that we had to pay the $300 a month all while being so miserable. It has really made our every day lives worse. There is nothing worse than constant poor sleep. Shame on this company for not doing refunds or exchanges. I’ve seriously considered sleeping on the floor instead. We hate, hate HATE this mattress and are saving up to buy another and will throw this in the garbage. Will never buy a beauty rest again as long as we live.

i had to reserve the shipping date twice instead of doing the entire two items in one shipping order, which would have been nice. Otherwise the service was perfect and straightforward

My experience with the Beauty Rest warranty department went so well. They were very very helpful getting us into a new mattress . They went over and above what they needed too do.

I purchased a Beautyrest® Deluxe Down Alternative Pillow and I don’t really like it so I haven’t been using it. It was advertised on a talk show and they said how great it was and a customers top pick and I decided to try it. It isn’t soft enough for me, so sadly I haven’t used it. Still on a quest to find the perfect pillow.

SO FAR MY BED IS WONDERFUL . VERY COMFORTABLE . HAVE MANY GREAT NIGHT SLEEPS . I DON'T SLEEP HOT OR COLD IT IS JUST RIGHT .

Beautyrest stood by their warranty and replaced my mattress at no charge to me. They exceeded my expectations.
