This is our 3rd or 4th returned mattress and we have had this last one for less than three months and we can already see the divot’s. Your product is poor at best.

Still haven’t gotten a updated on my mattress order, no delivery or anything, it’s been 3 weeks, I’m thinking of a refund, I have contacted the company and still no updated , horrible mattress company.

I bought a king mattress from metro…
I bought a king mattress from metro mattress in geneva ny and they went bankrupt and it was very difficult to get a warranty replacment. Finally did. I’ll let u know how this mattress holds up but I was told my warranty was no longer valid. Not great business practice if the one I originally bought was defective.

Pillows were too large and too stuffed…
Pillows were too large and too stuffed so that it was like sleeping sitting up. Terrible. I thought they were softer when I ordered them.

Delivery time is atrocious - waiting over a month for delivery is crazy. Perhaps don't send out a survey until after your product has been delivered. (which is still 20 days away)

I still don't have my mattress box
The day of the delivery I was told the unit was damaged it has been almost a week now and I still don't have my unit.
I was told it would take another 2 to 4 weeks to have another one delivered

Overall satisfied with the mattress
The bed is super comfortable at first but over time I realized it’s not as “plush” as I would have wanted. I still give the mattress 4 stars because I’m probably just being picky. Also, I’m sure the level 4 plush mattress would’ve been exactly what I wanted instead of the level 3, but I thought I spent enough $. Delivery went smoothly. The delivery people were in and out in no time.
