Amazing customer service! ⭐️ The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We’ve also ordered online from them several times, and our orders have arrived the very next day every time. Excellent service and highly recommended! ❤️

Stunning jewellery
Passing the store in the Ridings, Stirling when I noticed a beautiful ring. My husband immediately asked if I'd like it. We popped into the store and enquired about it. The sales assistant was extremely professional and engaging. The ring needed resizing which was organised and it would be ready in a few days. I've now collected it and it's my beautiful birthday present. I'm a very lucky lady

Great hospitality and welcome
Great hospitality and welcome. Staff remembered me as I purchased a gift for my sister in July. I asked for a few items to view - no problem for staff. Would definitely visit again. Stirling is my go to area for gifts etc.

First Impression Awful, but rescued by a customer service Star
My initial impression wasn't great. The blonde woman gave me such a look as to suggest I might be a homeless person there to rob them or something which had come off of a particularly grubby shoe. She couldn't pass me off fast enough to the new girl, Sienna I think.
Sienna was a joy to deal with and frankly the only thing that persuaded me to continue my purchase. I will give this store a 2nd chance, entirely because the customer service rescue mission from Sienna

Absolutely outstanding service!
I purchased some gifts for my bridesmaid and flower girl. Items were ordered promptly and all made up into gift bags.
Could not fault any part of the service. I wouldn’t be looking at any other jeweller from now on.
