I called and got a very helpful response to my needs. She was courteous, prompt, and very knowledgeable about her product and delivery times.
The Because products are just right for me. They have everything I need to feel confident. I use the nighttime underwear as well as the booster pads. I stay dry all night. No leaks, yea!!!
My Because women’s underwear has worked very well for me. The feminine fit is snug in all the right places. The look and feel does not embarrass me in public places.
Liars and thieves...still have yesterday to receive my refund for returned item. Almost a month. They trick you into free sample, then next thing you know, you're subscribed. And even though its in the small print, you receive no email confirmation of order on any details of this hidden subscription. I returned a month ago. No refund. I email CS, they reply they got my request and will get back to me in 24 hrs. They get back in 25 hrs, now say need 48 more hours to escalate.
On 9/19/25 I ordered a FREE sample of Because feminine products. On 10/6/25 "Because Market" took $60.92 from my bank card account, Unauthorized. I never subscribed and I never placed an order. I sent an email to the company and alerted my credit card issuer. I called the company -- "Because Market" absolutely refuses to refund my money. I spent much time on the phone arguing that I did NOT subscribe to their service, nor was I informed of any 14-day window. "Because Market" took advantage of me and helped themselves to my funds simply because they had my credit card number. I call this Fraud. My money should be refunded, and this company must stop taking advantage by abusing our financial information. BE WARY OF THIS SCAM!!

Same complaint as others on here about a $2.99 trial offer and for which I was charged on 8/02/25 but then on 8/16/25 I was charged $89.86 of which I didn’t order. Sent an email about this and was told they would get back with me within 24 hours and they didn’t. I don’t care for the product and now I have a box of their product that doesn’t work well at all for me. I’ll return the unopened box for a full refund.
This company makes it impossible to return products. I ordered and they kept shipping when I told them to cancel my subscription and now they want me to provide all kinds of information that I do not have access to in order to return and at my expense. Do not buy these products.
Ordered a sample. Never saw anything clearly denoting the sample was a starter package for additional product that would be billed and shipped. Next thing I know my credit card was billed for over $90 in briefs. In addition the product under performed badly. Male brief leaked like a sieve.
Its a shame that this "family owned business uses unethical marketing practices that fool people into being signed on to a subscription and offer frequent customer discounts that blow up your txt messages and its extremely difficult and confusing how to use "said" discounts on your order. Basically, ordering direct from the manufacturer will cost almost double what you can get on Amizon. You cant sign into your account without depending on them to send an Email. If you use your phone's auto fill for sending them your address to log in to your account, you will not get a link sent. We like the product a lot. They advertise that they developed the product from personal experience when caring for their loved one. They have done themselves and countless elderly people a disservice. Their marketing tactics are misleading and very frustrating to those of us trying to care for a loved one with incontinence issues. Their telephone customer service reps are obviously reading a script rather than reading the actual person on the line. They continually attempt to upset other prodects in the same format over and over again. I would not trust any medication they push either. Their business model for sales and marketing are unethical and a pain. Thank God I never gave them my Moms contact information, because Im sure they would have no problem taking advantage of kind hearted elderly people who will automatically not want to cause a fuss and can be abused by scams. If the founders are at all like their website promotes, they really screwed up to contact with this Marketing firm. Ugh
Company is a fraudulent company. Offer a free sample. You have to pay $2.99 for free sample then they sign you up for a full subscription to their products without permission. Then a $66 plus charge on my PayPal account. Not to mention they sent the wrong size. I have 4 unusable bags of adult diapers and I am worried it will continue regardless of my emails and calls to cancel and refund.

This company offers a starter kit which is a wonderful option to try a new product out prior to a subscription commitment. My starter kit cost was $16.88 and was sent on June 18th. On July 2nd; I receive a large package containing three smaller packages with #10 items (size XXL)inside for a total of 30 undergarments costing $49.85! I did not approve or order this charge. I immediately sent an email to customer service expressing my dissatisfaction in receiving items not ordered or authorized to be charged on my bank card. It has taken numerous emails and calls to rectify this issue, each time telling me to be patient and that they were working on my issue. I have just received their decision on July 11 with return options, at my expense per their policy! I have a policy as well which is not to send or charge me for items not explicitly approved. Why is the customer always the one at fault? A starter or trial kit prior to a subscription commitment is simply that. BECAUSE’s unethical, take advantage business practices ensures that the consumer becomes a victim
once again. I watched the video of the owner, read the reviews prior to ordering the starter kit. Consumers should be given the opportunity to commit to a subscription. I’m out the $49.85 and stuck with 30 unused, unopened undergarments in a pile of earned distrust. Why are these companies allowed to enforce their policies with no regard or respect for the consumer? It’s definitely “BUYER BEWARE!”
Do not order from this company. We have been trying to cancel a monthly shipment for over 6 months. Their "Customer Service" reps yell at you on the phone and swear that the order is coming from an unknown online company and they are helpless to stop them. You have to go to your bank for assistance.
I sent this company my PayPal account for a $2.99 trial offer. The went on TWO TIMES MORE and charged my PayPal account for $76.83 x2. Despite my contacting them.

Ordered a sample I was told I had 30 days to cancel the subscription. I was sent my first order 12 days from the time I got the sample and my card was charged $60. I have reached out to this company over the phone and via text message. They are giving me the runaround and making it very difficult to complete the return. I feel like they are taking advantage of my age and lack of experience with online orders. Pretty much robbing the elderly. Additionally the product is terrible
In my entire life I have seen many companies that advertise that they are "the company with a heart" but in their day to day business they certainly do not demonstrate that. It's just words on a paper, a nice sounding motto.
I have recently dealt with a company that deserves to use that motto, the first time in my life I have ever come across such a company. The company's name is "Because" and they sell adult bladder control products. In my dealings with them they treated me with great respect, kindness and care. They treated me as if I were their biggest customer spending millions with them when in fact I am a small customer of theirs spending very little. They probably don't even use that motto but they certainly deserve to. They are definitely a "company with heart". They deserve everything good I could say about them and I have a lot. Obviously I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Be very careful with these guys! Product may be ok, but they have a good ‘scam’ going. After my first order I hadn’t understood there was a window of time in which I should cancel any future orders or else I’d be subscribed. I canceled. But then 2 months later here comes another order and they deny I had canceled. I quoted emails to them and they said they’d get back to me in 3-5 business days. Meanwhile another nearly $49 order showed up here.
Note: I ordered these weeks ago, the customer service conversation was today 6/24.

The product isn't bad at all, they just weren't for me. The reason for two stars is the method for cancelation.
I tried canceling on the website, it wouldn't let me. I got a weird red "bar" across the top left of the page (conveniently eh?) that wouldn't allow me to continue to cancel. I emailed customer service twice, then a person responded and said I had to call (they tried to call me and my spam filter blocked them).
So I called them to cancel, and the guy said it was already canceled despite me telling him I'm still getting emails stating my payment method can't be charged.
He then proceeds to ask me all kinds of personal questions about the product, WHY it didn't work, what other personal products I've used etc. I finally told him that I wasn't comfortable discussing these things with a stranger over the phone!
He then goes into a big sermon about their other products and how I can try them free .. on and on. I finally had to say "thanks I'll stay on my own please just cancel my account!"
Personally I do NOT do business with companies that behave like this, or do not allow me to cancel without a bunch of hassle.
They have a lot of good reviews, but it wasn't like that for me. I wish them well, I just don't like their methods.
First I was charged for something I didn't order! I say something, because it gave no description! To the tune of $179! I told my fraud department at my bank not to pay them!
Secondly, the underwear don't work as well as the assurance, I get from Walmart for $23 (for 54 pair)! The first night they leaked out of the right leg while sleeping on my side (which is the only way I am able to sleep!
