Becker Avis 721

I initially purchased the CIA Review Essentials Package from Becker for $674 USD, as it was the only option available at the time. Shortly after, Becker released additional packages, including the CIA Review Pro Package, which better suits my study needs.

When I tried to upgrade to the Pro Package, I was charged an extra $700 USD—bringing my total to $1,374 USD. That’s nearly $100 more than what new customers currently pay for the same Pro Package ($1,279 USD). To make things worse, a surprise $145 USD delivery fee was added at the final payment stage, which was never clearly disclosed up front.

Overall, I feel penalized for being an early registrant. It's frustrating to see others pay less for the exact same product, and the unexpected delivery charge made the experience even more disappointing. I hope Becker will review and improve its pricing transparency and upgrade policies.

I thought the preparation material, videos, practice problems and practice exams were great. I scored an 84 on the FAR and felt very prepared. The guys they have doing the videos are highly entertaining, I would definitely recommend Becker!

A number of shorter (1-2 CPE) included in select level but very light availability beyond that. Will give next level up a try and see how it goes.

A follow up call with a discount ready to go is a great strategy to keep people in the pipeline. Becker offers great CPE's and I would have renewed regardless, but having someone reach out is helpful - especially when offering a rate reduction!

The practice tests mimicked the actual exam really well. That being said I ended up not using the majority of items within the becker suit since the practice tests gave me a real gauge of what I needed to focus on.

The classes are good but they move so fast that while the are a good refreshers it really doesn't train a ton and from when I purchased to when I wrapped up it seems like the trainers changed so the teaching was inconsistent.

Just passed my very first exam! Using other study materials I wasn’t able to pass one exam! Becker study method really worked for me and do highly recommend!

Simply put: can't go wrong with Becker!

My sales person rushed through the sale and when I discovered an error on when I needed my subscription to start, just a few hours later, he refused to make the change. The threat of losing my discount shut me down. There was a follow-up call that was no help either. You must have an abundance of subscribers therefore the sales people had no real empathy to help. I will remember this at renewal time. I regret changing to Becker.

The questions pool and explanations are great.

It made my CPA journey smoother and easier.
