Bedroomking Avis

I had a great experience with Bedroom King. Delivery was prompt and smooth, and the bed itself is absolutely beautiful. It’s a real statement piece in my bedroom. everyone who’s seen it has given me compliments. The quality is excellent/ well made and it looks even better in person. I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.

Great guys - delivered on time and the delivery guys were also exceptional too

The guys were quick and professional. Grateful for fast delivery of such a complex and large order.

Very happy with our new bed frame. Easy to order and delivered quickly

Excellent quality bed and mattress at a decent price

Our delivery arrived promptly after ordering. The delivery driver rang to let us know a ETA. Once here, the 2 delivery men safely transferred the bed upstairs navigating corners. They then assembled to bed with no concerns at all. Very good service.

Wrongly put up a negative review as didn’t see the reply in my spam email , so just want to apologise . Couldn’t recommend this company any more . I had a broken ottoman and they are sending me out a replacement and refunding me . Thanks so much I love my bed and ottoman

It was so simple to choose a bed from Bedroomking,
as they have a lovely site online displaying all the beds. I am absolutely happy with my bed as it is very durable and of the highest quality.
Just as displayed on their site, all the materials are of high quality and the build is as I expected, it is a solid frame that will last my a good few years. there is no movement in it what so ever, does not make any noise as you move around on it. Very happy with my purchase.

We were a bit nervous about buying a bed without trying first. But the website gave us the confidence to get samples and then choose from the multiple designs. From placing the order to delivery one week later the communication was excellent and the whole experience was easy and the delivery guys where brilliant. The bed itself looks superb in situ and we are really pleased with it, would have no hesitation in recommending Bedroomking

Great service! Fast delivery. Delivery guys went above and beyond. Kept me updated all the way through delivery to my front door.
Great bed really happy with my purchase. Would recommend bedroom king to anybody looking for a wow factor for their bedroom!

Very easy to install and good quality bed for the price! Looks just like the photo. Definitely recommend.

Great company, service and and delivery guys were fantastic.

I bought a king size bed and I’m really happy with it. It’s very comfortable, solid, and the quality of the materials and finish is excellent. Communication with the team was great — quick, helpful responses throughout. Smooth, stress-free purchase. Highly recommended.

Everything from start to finish was great ordered no problem delivered on time by great staff. The bed is amazing my daughter loves it.

We have received our bed & are over the moon with it! Such a good price and great quality!! The customer service is amazing! Love the fact you can WhatsApp & talk to a real human being & get a response straight away! We had an issue with the delivery but the customer service was on it straight away trying to resolve it! I would 100% recommend this company & will be using again for any beds we need! Thank you!

A really professional company with quality aftercare. They contacted me to make sure everything was ok with the bed, I had a slight issue with the remote, they advised me what to do and if it still didn’t work they’d send me out a new one. Really impressed, and I would definitely use them again..

Our bed is amazing! It turned up really fast and the men who put together were brilliant.

Bed is great quick delivery and good value. Small issue with a slat but customer service was A1 and instantly resolved. Would recommend

I ordered a bed, which came on time and was really lovely. Very well made and exactly what I wanted. There was a misunderstanding about assembly and recycling of the old bed, which was actually mostly my fault, but the company was available via WhatsApp chat, and were incredibly responsive in helping me sort the issue quickly. 10/10 in terms of the overall experience simply being heard and respected as a customer. It’s a lot of money to spend and knowing there was an actual human communicating with me on the other end of my purchase made me really pleased I chose to buy from them.
