Bedroomking Avis

Amazing bed over the moon and very helpful staff Imran and Danny - nothing was too much ! Fast and effective

got bed and mattress from here in may and had 2 issues with mattress but where very quick to replace and even upgraded second one at no extra cost, highly recommend great customer service

My needs were complex and I was really pleased with the honesty of their response, even though it meant I'd need to go to a specialist provider and therefore no sale for them. Moreover, they provided the link for me to go there. How many companies would be that honest and helpful?
Full marks for the helpfulness and honesty of the company. You can certainly trust this company and they deserve their high reputation and great reviews. I'll certainly be recommending them to my friends.

very good service, excellent assembly as it was a difficult task carrying the bed up a windy set of stairs and quick building process

Second time interacting with Bedroomking and once again outstanding customer service. After having our bed for 18 months a slat suddenly broke. I wasn’t aware of how long our warranty was so I got in touch and they told me 2 years and asked for photos. Within 2 weeks of this I have received a new bed with the old one taken away too. The service bedroomking has provided is exceptional. I highly recommend and won’t go anywhere else now.

Absolutely amazing company. After a really unsuccessful experience with a bed company where we live, we decided to cancel with them and purchase from Bedroomking. They made it really easy for us, allowing us to order to a warehouse for freight collection as we live on an island. Even with third party shipping costs, we still paid less overall than we we did with the on-island purchase.

The quality is just unmatched, the bed looks exactly as it does on the website, there was endless choice and they were super quick to reply to my questions about delivery, with friendly customer service. I couldn’t recommend Bedroomking enough!

Communicated about the delivery throughout. Answered calls promptly and professionally. Good value for money

Fantastic service, really helpful, friendly and professional insulation team. Quality all round

I added the assembly option to my bed frame order. I got a call to let me know arrival time, polite, took shoes off on the carpet, completed the bed frame build quickly and without issue. Checked I was happy before leaving
