The product is good

Ordered an Aquarium cooling fan and The fan screws(which hold the tank glass) were broken when received the package . Sent the picture as soon as the package was delivered and opened. Beena team asked for a recording of unboxing which I didn't do assuming everything will be Ok which is not the case. Also they didn't mention anywhere in the page that unboxing recording is mandatory. So I am lost with a broken fan while paid fully. Sent a picture of the same to the support team, however there is no response. So my money lost and a broken item received with a poor support. I really doubt if i can recommend anyone to purchase anything from Beena in future. Thanks but no Thanks

Ordered fertilizer, received the product in good condition, i wish they give updates on orders on time, as i had to follow up through email, call for order status, this is for the team, a kind feedback, please do give updates after placing orders, don't make the customer wait without any ETA. other than the update issue, rest all order placing, payment, shipment etc.. all was good! thanks team.

I ordered a CO2 cylinder setup from Beena Aquarium, and I had a very good experience. The items were delivered in two separate couriers — the first parcel contained baking soda and citric acid, which initially surprised me because the package was small. I was a bit anxious at first, thinking something was missing.

However, two days later, the second parcel arrived with the CO₂ cylinder as expected. One parcel was from Erode and another from Vijaywada. Everything was properly packed and in good condition. After receiving the complete order, I understood that the shipment was split for logistical reasons.

Overall, the product quality is good, delivery was completed as promised, and the seller is genuine and reliable.

I purchased last time December at price 199 and now I get 225 pr packet?

I ordered 1.5 W pump but got 3 W. So they called me and guided me to close one way to reduce noise as i use it for small fish bowl. Now All is fine.

Products and price range are good. I think mine co2 generator has some issues as i am unable to increase the flow of co2 from the cylinder.

Other than that the canister filters are working greatly.

Not recommended. They use unreliable courier services — in my case, the package never arrived and I lost my money. Very disappointed with the experience
