This person is cheater. he ordering COD order and never accept the package. we never send products to him in future. now he blame us. Also no other website providing COD option. we lost many times by shipping to them. if courier makes 1 day delay he wont accept. and following reason he used to convey with delivery boy. Out of station. requesting future deliver. Beware of this person. we all aquarium working together. dont allow this guy to provide option as COD. Worst experience my team experienced. he wont attent the call too. now he blame us poorly and adding other companies Ads here. he just copy pasting everywhere. he want Free product to post nice review. so Be careful with this person.

Slow shipping 9 days
8 - 9 days for simple delivery.
Reply from Beena Aquarium is half truth.There was initial courier pickup which never happened and was initiated and 2-3 days got wasted.
Also, shipping partners used are too slow. This is in comparison to Amazon/ Flipkart

It is not correct review. since it is APT liquid we can ship by surface mode courier, Air mode not allowed for liquid items. meantime courier delivered in 5th day. its default timing. so no issue/delay with courier also. i dont know why you gave wrong post here. see courier transaction history. shipped on 11th and delivered on 16th hence there is 1 holiday. please feel free to contact us for any query at support@beenaaquarium.com
