Rebecca is a very nice person, she quickly found a new home for us, very professtional and courteous, we all thank her.

Rebecca and Louis have provided very professional and dedicated property management service, and I have to say it is well beyond what I have anticipated. The reason why I approached Bee Property was that I need a property manager to look after my house in Cheshire before I (now in Hong Kong) move in, such as visiting the property from time to time (as required by the unoccupied property insurance) and arranging for cleaning etc.  I am so glad that I went to them. They are efficient, always respond swiftly, and they give same-day reports after/during each visit, with photos and videos. They have given me a lot of helpful advice on what improvement/repairs are required, given that I have not been able to inspect the house myself due to travel restrictions.  Rebecca has helped me (among other things) arrange electricity/gas safety checks, and appoint contractors for repairs and renovation (which is quite impossible for me to do without help whilst being abroad). Significantly, Rebecca not only gave me suggestions on what checks/repairs/replacement should be carried out, but also from time to time advised me against unnecessary/non-urgent works and suggested other options so as to help me save money.   In short, I am very happy with their service and I will not hesitate to recommend them.

I fitted a new boiler for Bee in one of their rental properties; their attitude towards their tenants is refreshing- not willing to scrimp on repairs or do a shoddy job, they renovate their properties to a very high standard and use top of the range materials and appliances. Also rebecca is really helpful and easy to deal with.

Amazing people and lovely to work with, everything went smoothly from start to finish.
