Not what I expected!

The ordering and delivery process went well but I am VERY disappointed in the actual product. The kids PJ’s for Christmas Eve are supposedly 95% cotton and 5% spandex. They feel more
Like workouts clothes than comfy PJ’s for my grandchildren to sleep in. Not enough time to order anything else so we are stuck with the 4 of them wearing the Cousin Crew Jammie’s for one night and then giving them away to a charitable organization.

Pants are great! Shirts not so much.

We love the pants and the thinness of them. Also that they have pockets. The shirt screen print has lines all through it, and looks like it needed to be refilled before they were screened. Thankfully, they all look the same, so we’ll make it work for the photo, but I was disappointed in the shirts.

Paid and received nothing

I placed an order with BeePumpkin and was given a tracking number. My package still hadn’t arrived arrived on time and when I looked on their site, it said my package had been returned due to an incomplete address and to check with my local carrier. The post office said they have no way to look up a package from China because they have their own tracking system. I contacted beepumpkin and they said if the package was being returned there was no way to redeliver it and that it would be disposed of when it arrived back at the warehouse. They would be unable to recover it or offer a refund. Short story, I’m out $150 and have no way to verify merchandise was even sent.

I was very disappointed in the quality…

I was very disappointed in the quality of the garments. From the photos and description, I didn't realize that the fabric would be so thin, sewing would be so crude, and the design on the pajama shirt would be an iron-on plastic-like design.

Be aware

Be aware, strict 30 day return period!!
I purchased 11 pj tops and 11 bottoms of Dear Santa pjs. The tops run a bit small, and I wanted to exchange two tops of the 22 items. I purchased on 10/14. But had the pjs delivered across the country to where we would be celebrating Christmas.
At near the 2 month mark from purchase, I was able to check out my order across the country, and contacted Beepumpkin and they refused to extend their return policy… and Christmas is still over two weeks off!
To make it work, I ordered two more replacement shirts and now have two items I can’t use and can’t return.
I recommend the company model their return policy after most other retailers who extend return policies on Christmas items.
UPDATE:
Bepumpkin wrote back to me after my review posted that they would send a 20% refund of the new items. And then on the same day posted on this review that they would refund 100%. I will update my review when I receive my credit for the new items.

UPDATE: I did get a 100% refund on the two shirts. So on my $300 purchase, after a number of back and forth and a request to change my review… BeePumpkin refunded my $35 which was 100% of my initial request.And they didn’t make me return the shirts that were too small. I will update my review to 3 stars.

Not what ordered

I ordered 8 shirts.there was an issue . I asked to cancel the order and reorder .they told me no need they will fix it .I get the pkg and every t shirt has the same saying . Not even one I picked . When emailing them they asked for pictures I sent them showing the error. Back and forth emails , they offered a discount but I had to buy all new ones ..a twenty percent discount on what I had but never to fix the problem they created . after back and forth they finally gave me a full refund . I really wish the order was correct because the t shirts were a good quality .

Beautiful and quality T-shirts

Beautiful and quality T-shirts! I must admit that I was sceptical that I would actually receive what I ordered (all different wording of the Most likely series.) and was worried they would get scrambled due to so many options and just ordering from numbers. But it was perfect! And I received my order in less than 3 weeks. 1 t-shirt did have a missing letter so it said S GAR instead of sugar, but I am crafty and made it work. I would definitely order again!

I ordered 11 shirts for our family Christmas. They arrived on time and they are perfect! Nice quality fabric and exactly what I had hoped they’d be! One tiny note - the green wasn’t true green. Not a problem but simply an awareness thing.

Double check the small numbers

You have to choose a corresponding number instead of the title. It's easy to misread it so double check it. Mistakenly picked the wrong one so had to make a second order.

The Case Of The Missing Pjs

I somehow put my work address for delivery of my Christmas Eve pjs and was out of the office for the Thanksgiving holiday when they were delivered. The notice from the delivery company said that they were going to be sent back to seller. Needless to say i panicked. Then i reached out to customer service (Anne) and she provided me with instructions as to what to do. I then reached out to my local postal service. The packaged arrived and now I am happy again except I ordered an adult Lg for my 9 month old grandson :( I really appreciate you Anne for her help. Happy Holidays to you all!

I ordered 10 pairs of the Elf Movie…

I ordered 10 pairs of the Elf Movie Quote Matching Family Pajamas. Each had a different quote on them. Nine arrived perfectly! The Y6-7 one was not even from the same matching set of Christmas pajamas. For over a week I’ve been getting the run-around from your customer service. I’ve sent EVERYTHING they’ve requested(pictures of what I ordered and what I mistakenly received), information from Pay Pal proving that I ordered 10 matching sets, etc. I keep getting “what can we do for you” responses now. I’ve reordered & paid again for the correct pajamas & am waiting for them to arrive.
I’ve filed a claim with PayPal and my credit card company. At this point, after all the aggregation, I really think your company needs to refund all of my money.

Among the 10 pajama sets you ordered, 9 items shared the exact same product title and design series (e.g., the Elf Movie Quote Matching Family Pajamas), which all arrived correctly.
However, the Y6-7 item had a distinctly different product name and listing page — not part of the original matching set. It appears this was added separately during checkout, possibly by mistake (e.g., selecting a similar-looking but unrelated listing). Our team has already explained this in our email replies, including screenshots of the two different product titles from your order history.
And we sent email to you , could you please reply us via support@beepumpkin.com? and we will solve for you soon.

YES! Good service and quality.

I received my order of 9 shirts in about a week and I am pretty impressed with the quality of shirts. Most were a good fit (even if it shrinks a little when we wash them). One person tried on his shirt and found the Thanksgiving dinner may have expanded his tummy :) So, I went online and ordered a size up and I decided to add two more shirts to the order. Again, they arrived in about a week. I appreciate the emails updating the progress and shipping. Good service and nice quality. Would recommend!

These Jammie’s were perfect!

These Jammie’s were perfect for our family! They are soft, cozy, and high quality. I especially love that the inseams were longer than most pajama pants, our family all have long legs and with other brands end up with high waters! We will be wearing these all year!
