She has always been happy to explain and answer all my questions and believe me I could test the patience of a saint! In fact, she has been so professional, pleasant and easy going that I think of her as a friend. I feel she is very valuable member of the team. An absolute delight and I think you should feel very lucky to have her in your employ.

Had a viewing with Charlotte and found her to be very friendly and professional. But more importantly she was very patient allowing us to have a good look around and ask questions.
