I have only just found the online letting agents and I am delighted. I just needed a new contract for a change of tenants. It was so easy and quick compared to using a letting agent. I will be getting all my contracts done by them moving forward.

Excellent Service.
I used this company for the letting of a flat 3 years ago, and I used them again recently. 5 stars both times. I had previously used an online competitor, who were cheaper with a better website, but TOLA has much better human support than OR. OR good if all goes smoothly and you have no problems, TOLA better if you need the human touch.

Highly recommend the online letting agency
We have used this company for over 5 years. Their service and knowledge is excellent. They are helpful and quick to respond to any requests. We are selling our rental property and right up to the end of our relationship with them they are supportive and professional. I would highly recommend them. If I have another letting property in the future, I would go straight to them!

The service was very professional
The service was very professional. Always someone to answer questions and rang back when they said they would. I would definitely use again.
The only thing that I wouldn't recommend was the company that they use to do EPC checks. However, when I requested my money back for this service it was returned within the day, along with an apology. As already said very professional.

Hi Sharon. Many thanks for taking the time to leave your review, and for the feedback about the company we were using for your EPC. It's always frustrating when you work so hard to provide excellent customer service and a third party you instruct doesn't maintain that same standard. This has been duly noted, and we have decided not to use their services for EPCs moving forwards. On a positive note, we now have a new EPC provider who is very responsive and have already received some positive feedback from clients about them. Thanks again, Eleanor
Finally 5 Star Service
I have had a few letting agents over the years and finally I have found one who is totally on the ball. After a call with Eleanor it was like a dream, Transfered from another agent in 4 days smooth as silk, Everything answered super quick. Eleanor in my opinion is better than 5 star.
