The best letting agent I’ve ever used…
Without doubt the best letting agent I’ve ever used. Seriously impressed by the service, and incredibly good value compared to using a high street agent. Both Eleanor and Magda were a pleasure to deal with, and offered me great advice over the phone and on email, and were very easy to get ahold of. I will definitely just be using TOLA from now on, and couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Dim youngsters left alone to man the office
I paid them nearly £350 on a Friday and they didn't advertise it at all over the weekend. There was a dim girl / boy in the office alone till 2pm on Saturday who said she/ he wasn't very good at tech and coudn't get it onto Rightmove so I gave up and asked for a refund.

Hi Jan, Thank you for your extremely rude review. We do not have any youngsters working here, we have fully trained letting agents with years of experience. The person you spoke to is very professional and has a very different story to tell on your interaction. It was explained to you that there was a system issue with Rightmove and that we unfortunately couldn't take your property live until that issue was resolved on Monday when they were open. As you didn't want to wait, you requested a refund which we were very happy to process the next working day. I note with great interest that your property seems to have been listed with several other agents in quick succession too and you've left several one star reviews for them as well... Maybe the common denominator isn't the agents?
Good customer service again.
The issue has been resolved satisfactorily with full satisfaction. It was great to deal with Sarah.

Hi Charan, Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. I can see that you ordered your new advert with us at 6.35pm on Monday, after we were closed, and by 9.48am the following day your advert was live. So far we have forwarded you in the region of 50 enquiries. When you tried to call last night, around 8pm, and again this morning before 9am, our offices were closed and no voicemails or emails were left. I note you did leave a voicemail at 9.09am this morning. Early mornings are particularly busy for us so it can take a little longer to respond as we work through enquiries on a first come first served basis. As we were approaching your voicemail you called back in at 10.32am and we were able to answer that call straight away, we confirmed your requested changes at 10:46am via email and also responded to a couple of your emails after that within a few minutes. We will always do our best to return calls or respond to emails as soon as is practicably possible. You can see from our other reviews, and will know from your previous experience with us, that speed of response is one of our particular strengths.

Would Highly Recommend
We have been using The Online Letting Agents since we bought some buy to let properties 14 year ago. They give a great service, always reliable and professional. It is very flexible, you can choose different packages depending on how ‘hands on’ you want to be as a landlord. Prices are reasonable too. Would highly recommend.
