Don not buy from this company . I ordered a chaise and sofa . Chaise arrived danaged and they offered me £40 to keep it lit which is a joke . Terrible customer service

Produse de calitate, dar serviciile lasa de dorit. Din pacate in data de 28.04.2026 am primit produsul spart. Tot atunci am deschis un bilet de solutionare pentru a remedia problema. Raspusul lor a venit dupa mai bine de 1 luna, pe data de 1.06.2026, cu insistente telefonice si mailuri.

Fotoliile sunt exact ca in poza si desi sunt de dimensiuni mai mici sunt foarte confortabile. Livrarea s-a facut rapid si produsele au ajuns intacte.

Am facut recent o comanda de pe Beliani pentru reamenajarea terasei si sunt foarte incantata de rezultat. Am gasit absolut tot ce aveam nevoie pe site si am fost surprinsa de cat de multe produse au si pentru gradina si terasa.
Sigur voi mai comanda de la ei, mai ales ca au o varietate foarte mare de mobilier si decoratiuni.

Am comandat un set de 9 prosoape. Calitatea lor depășește orice așteptare, iar prețul a fost mai mult decât convenabil. Produsele sunt și mai frumoase in realitate decât în poze. Clar o sa revin și cu alte comenzi.

Am comandat de la Beliani produse pentru baie și accesorii de baie și am fost foarte mulțumit de experiență. Produsele au ajuns bine ambalate, arată exact ca în prezentare și au un aspect modern, de calitate. Materialele par rezistente, finisajele sunt frumoase, iar accesoriile au schimbat complet aspectul băii. Comanda a decurs fără probleme, iar raportul calitate-preț mi se pare foarte bun. Recomand Beliani celor care caută produse elegante și practice pentru casă.

Recomand! Am comandat multiple produse: dulapuri, corpuri de iluminat, ghivece, oglinzi. Toate au venit conform pozelor si descrierii. Livrare corespunzatoare.

Foarte buna comunicarea cu customer service iar produsul a fost peste asteptari in privinta calitatii.

Ich habe bereits am Tag nach Erhalt meiner Bestellung (23. März) eine Rücksendung beantragt und klar kommuniziert, dass ich die Artikel zurückschicken muss. Trotzdem hat der Kundenservice widersprüchliche und verspätete Anweisungen gegeben: zunächst wurde eine Abholung vorgeschlagen, dann wurden erst mehrere Tage später Rücksendeetiketten verschickt. Diese Unklarheiten haben zu unnötigen Verzögerungen geführt, die vollständig auf Seiten des Unternehmens lagen.

Ich habe alle Anweisungen befolgt und die Ware innerhalb des angegebenen Zeitraums zurückgesendet. Die Pakete wurden am 15. April zugestellt.

Seitdem habe ich bis heute, den 27. April, weder eine Rückerstattung noch eine sinnvolle Antwort erhalten – trotz mehrerer Nachfragen.

Stattdessen wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich aufgrund des Zeitpunkts möglicherweise nur einen Gutschein abzüglich Rücksendekosten erhalten würde – etwas, dem ich ausdrücklich nie zugestimmt habe. Das ist nicht akzeptabel, insbesondere da die Verzögerungen durch die interne Abwicklung entstanden sind.

Bis heute warte ich immer noch auf meine Rückerstattung.

Ich rate zukünftigen Kunden dringend, bei Rücksendungen vorsichtig zu sein, da der Prozess unklar, langsam und nicht transparent gehandhabt wird!

Når der opstår en reklamation, virker det tydeligt, at virksomheden er mere optaget af egne interne processer og “way of working” end af faktisk at løse kundens problem. Man bliver sendt igennem standardprocedurer og ventetider, som primært synes designet til at beskytte deres setup – ikke kunden.
Fejl kan ske, men her fejler håndteringen. Det efterlader et indtryk af en organisation, der mangler både fleksibilitet og reel kundeforståelse.

I’d heard a lot about Beliani, and I’m glad I bought a bed from them... it’s lightweight but sturdy. Good quality!
