Not only are their products as beautiful as, if not better than, they are promoted as in their pictures. The After Sales experience where I had several questions were promptly answered with great detail.

A pleasure buying from this store, this was not my first time, and will be back for more in the future.

Be careful with sale items! Sizing is random and you cannot even exchange for a different size!
I bought the flowy Sandi stripe pants in 16. The legs are flowy but the waist and hip is more like a size 12.
The Aloha blouse is pretty but cheaply made and not really worth the $69.
There is also no customer feedback or chat provided.

This is the second order from BB that has left me incredibly disappointed and underwhelmed.

The Iris Jumper arrived today, cute, but the quality is nowhere near what I'd expect for a garment priced at close to $80, even on sale. It's thin, see through, weighs almost nothing, already stretched, out of shape and oversized, has exposed threads, the general constructing is rubbish, and has a strange chemical smell. Honestly, it doesn't look like it would survive two wears, let alone a wash, before it starts to fall apart.

The Harvest Slouch Cardi was the other item. Also cute, slightly better made, but $170 is outrageous for what you actually get. It's already pilling, balling and starting to lose its shape after bearly being worn.

Add to that, the random tax and shipping on both orders, which honestly feels invented rather than calculated. $8 tax and $15 shipping on the jumper, but only $11 shipping on the cardi, despite it being considerably larger and heavier. There's no consistency to it.

I've since read through other customer reviews, and there's a clear pattern. Other buyers describe the same issue: garments that look cute in photos but fall apart, and pricing that doesn't reflect the quality. One review put it plainly, saying the brand passes off cheap items as high end.

Bella Boheme, you should be ashamed of pricing and advertising items this way. Charging boutique prices for fast fashion that wont last, is misleading and it's clear from the reviews that Australian customers are catching on. Do better!!

Recently moved back to the mountains after growing up here, was really excited to see this shop in Springwood. Have been in there 7 times and have not been approached by staff once. I may not look the bohemian type but a hello, or maybe a how are you going today would be nice. Now I just go in there when I'm in the mood to be ignored. Lift your game people, if that's how you treat customers then you need to go back to retail school.

The quality of the "Flora Knit" jumper is very poor. It is a cream base but has threads showing behind it of different colours.
And I paid $104.95 and the refund offered is $77.15 - $26.90 difference. If they have an item returned, they also need to return the "tax paid". I'm waiting to hear from them and will review my review if they do the right thing. I will be contacting Consumers Affairs in Australia.

Excellent communication and to top it all off, I felt welcomed into the Bella community. I found the clothes to be of excellent quality and true to size, with lovely designs, patterns and detail.

The first time I ordered so getting sizing right is a challenge as i am not a standard size (is there any such thing). The dress did not fit and the feel of the fabric wasn't good so i returned the item. No refund, only reluctantly was i given a credit (after considerable negotiation). I will not be using the credit, nor the company again as they were very reluctant to do anything. Cost me $'s but it has cost them a customer.

Purchased two items one full price snd one sale item. The sale item was $30 and of average quality but reasonable for the price although it was not worth the original $89. The full price item which I did pay $89 for was so cheaply made and the material so thin it was maybe worth $20. Such a rip off, very disappointed. Two stars because the sale item was nice and online experience easy and prompt delivery.

They are a rip off. They pass cheaper brands off as higher end items. The exact same jeans can be bought online for half the price that they sell them for. BUYER BEWARE . Google first. Their ‘famous’ Paris vintage jeans are in fact Wakee jeans
