I really wish I had done more research into this product before purchasing, that is my fault but being pregnant for first time it can be overwhelming and you look at a product and assume what you are seeing is what you get this sadly was in my opinion not the case.

While the idea of a 3:1 pillow seems a great idea the zips and poppers on the pillow render it very uncomfortable especially for us women who are shorter and whose knees naturally sit where the zip lies. I have to say I have been massively disappointed by the quality of the product the inner lining is very firm and seems cheap, the middle section is too high to support bump and if you could get your bump on it you risk being poked by the poppers.

Lying on it with my head my ears end up hurting after a period of time because of how firm it is, it is so uncomfortable and on the website it looks really flexible but there is no way I could get this pillow to bend into the folded way you see in pictures.

The worst thing is they refuse returns upon opening the product but yet we had no idea what the product is like unless it’s unpacked this I feel is very unfair, I feel I have now massively wasted my money for a product that on the website looks good and soft and flexible but in reality is extremely firm, inflexible and not at all soft or comfortable.
I am very surprised mums have created and okayed this. Given I’m about to have a baby money is alright tight and to have wasted so much on this is very upsetting.

Honestly don’t waste your money, the zips will hurt your baby as there is no cushioning over them, if you 5’4” or less your gonna end up woken by the zips rubbing your knees. Unless you love a firm pillow and don’t need your bump supported this is not a good pillow, save your money and go with any other pillow.

26/03/24- Update: since writing this review the company have offered to allow me to return the pillow for this reason I have given an extra star. I think with some improvements this could be a very good pillow but personally for me this is not a good option for reasons stated above

Couldn't speak highly enough of the team. We had an issue with first order the delivery driver left it in a poor place causing it to be damaged. I replied and they had the issue resolved and I was sent a new package. Took a week between first order, problem and second order arriving. Top notch will be purchasing from these again.

I am now using the pillow for my 2nd pregnancy. I'm really torn as to my feelings on it... The shape is absolutely perfect, cannot fault that. But trying to be three in one is just not worth it, I think it's just a way for them to make it pricier. The zips are super uncomfortable, the stuffing has come away from the edges of the joins and the zip covers always ride up so the metal zips rub me in the night and are uncomfortable. Then when the baby arrives, you don't have time to constantly zip and unzip, so having the feeding nest and the breastfeeding pillow isn't really compatible. The breastfeeding nest is so huge that it's not really practical to have around, even though it was quite comfortable, though I could never really get the baby in the right position.
Overall, fantastic shape for pregnancy pillow, breastfeeding stuff not worth it, and feel a bit silly and foolish for having spent so much money on it all.
Also Bella moon please make a zip free cover!

Received mine a few days ago - the quality of the actual cushion is very poor - reminds me of an IKEA cushion filler that you can get for a few pounds.
You pay a lot for what it is and I expected the fabric and filling to be high quality - very disappointing. If not for the fact that my partner accidentally disposed of the packaging and washed the cover I would definitely be returning.

The review is then sent for "verification" and never posted which I guess is how they manage to have a near perfect rating on their site. This is an absolutely shocking practice and exactly how I wasted my money on this product.

I have also had a chance to use it more since writing this review and can confirm that the pillow flattened very quickly.

The unzipping feature is the selling point for me as it’s nice to not have to have a huge pillow in the bed if I don’t want and can use one of the smaller ones to support back/belly. I think I’ll use the smaller ones for nursing a lot which gives more value for money
I like that even when zipped together it’s quite narrow so doesn’t take up the whole bed/mean my husband can’t come near me

The pillow quality isn’t as I’d expect for what is essentially an over £100 pillow! For much less than this you’d get a lovely quality pillow at eg John Lewis but the stuffing inside of the pillow feels quite cheap and not very padded, I think after using it a few months the pillow will be very flat as it’s not easy to plump up
The cover again feels quite cheap quality, for this money I’d expect something with nice, soft material
The label is quite big/annoying and scratchy!

Overall, I am enjoying having the pillow as it does help between my legs etc. I think I probably could have just used a normal pillow between my legs and had a similar effect though. I am not angry with my purchase but probably wouldn’t recommend for the money! If it was eg £50 I would reccomend

Don't know what I would do without it!
My daughter is five months old, and our Bellamoon full cushion has been an essential part of our journey. When pregnant, the shape was a godsend, allowing me to sleep properly. It was a comfort straight after birth for my changing tummy, and the two ends zipped have been - and continue to be! - support each time I breastfeed. I'm now making a memory blanket with some of the beautiful water leaves fabric. Absolute must-have item!

I ordered the nursing cover from Bella Moon and chose the wrong delivery option. I emailed to see if I could change my delivery. I received a super quick and polite response and Leanne was more than helpful with different delivery options which meant I would be more likely to receive the nursing cover in time for my first proper public event with my newborn. My delivery option was changed and dispatched almost immediately. Really grateful for the help I got. I also ordered the 7 in 1 pregnancy pillow from Bella Moon early in my pregnancy and it has been an absolute lifesaver, particularly in my third trimester. It’s great now for feeding. Couldn’t recommend more.

Poor quality pillow that has flattened throughout the pregnancy so I can’t use it for nursing when baby arrives…
The Customer service sent me a replacement inner pillow but I had the same issue after a month of using the new one.
Bellamoon will send a courrier to collect my pillow so I can have a refund but this isn’t a great experience considering that baby is due to arrive in a couple of weeks. Very disappointing considering the price.

This is soo needed for pregnancy and after. The quality is amazing and helped me so much. Even my partner used it when he knew was bad after football. He reluctantly gave it back to me!

Really happy with a beautiful pillow!

I bought a 3-in-1 pillow for my wife towards the end of her pregnancy as she was starting to get uncomfortable and we wanted to try something different to her cheap one that she could use for feeding too.

I’m rather baffled by the negative reviews on here. The pillow is lovely, made of pure cotton and the zips are cleverly integrated under fabric so the pillow is super comfortable.

My wife has now given birth, we’ve taken the middle section out and she uses it every day for feeding (and even ad hoc snoozing on!).

Defo worth the money for those who can afford it. Beautiful and practical.

Fantastic customer service, really quickly replied to my questions and sorted my query! I spoke to Leanne who was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. I just love the products as well they’re so beautifully designed. My sister had one and I knew I just had to get one too.

Delivery came on time as expected and haven’t had any customer service issues but the product itself is truly truly awful. Have persevered for a few months, tried washing with fabric conditioner to make the fabric nicer and tried all sorts of set ups (got the 3-in-1)to make it work for my body but I can’t for the life of me see why it has good reviews.

It’s cheap, scratchy fabric that irritates your skin - especially when your face is on it (as recommended for the back support set-up). The foam inside the pillow goes flat and separates out like a cheap hotel pillow so it doesn’t give any actual support for your back or between your legs. The zippers get stuck easily when reconfiguring the pillow. And they’re at really inconvenient places so they bother you in the night. The fabric flaps to go over the zippers are only on one end of the long middle pillow so if you don’t have the curved ends zipped on, you have to choose between sleeping with a jaggy zipper up at your boobs or between your legs. Not fun for a naked sleeper! There’s also no effective way to use the pillow to support your bump - have tried it all. So, I thought I’d at least try and find a use for the pillow so I curved it behind me while sleeping to prevent back problems as recommended. Ironically, every time I’ve tried this I’ve woken up with a bad back! And a sore face from having a lumpy pillow. No problems with my back when I don’t sleep with it! Officially given up finding a good use for this product. I don’t even want to keep it for breastfeeding or tummy time as the fabric and consistency is so awful.

All in all, a real disappointment. I really tried persevering but to no avail (I write this from bed, uncomfortable and frustrated!)

My friends bought me the pregnancy pillow and I wanted to change the cover to something more neutral. Bella Moon were so responsive and helpful - they sent me out a postage label straight away. A lovely friendly team and I can’t wait to use my new pillow!

Great communication with the company who were absolutely brilliant at rectifying an issue. Nothing was too much trouble and the quality of the product was excellent. Very happy overall.
