Really good pillow for the price

Strongly recommend NOT to give your custom to this company…
I rarely leave reviews but felt this was necessary due to the shocking experience I have had so far with this company. Wish I had seen the reviews before ordering!
Order placed 16/07/2026 and advised 3-5 days for delivery. Still wasn’t despatched 28/07/2026 so chased. That triggered the despatch. Arrived 30/07/2026 (2 weeks later!!) but item missing yet charged for. Raised on 30/07/2026 and again 01/08/2026 and no response. Being left with no option but to raise to recover the undelivered item costs from my bank due to no communication and product being unusable without the missing part.
To date, I have had NO communication in relation to delays, updates or courteous acknowledgments of emails. They seem the employ someone to respond to/defending damming reviews on here though… the company changes they refer to making have clearly not worked!

Disgusted with this company! One month of nagging and emailing to get my refund and I’ve given in and disputed through PayPal! Something is clearly not working on the customer service side, you need to check your emails and reply!!! If you’re desperate enough to order from this website make sure you use PayPal so you’re covered for being screwed over!

I had been looking for some good pillows for a while and I bought these by recommendation from which. The product is fantastic and does exactly as it was advertised. I was suffering with reoccurring neck problems and now the problem has gone. It was a great service, delivery on time and a fantastic price. Worth every penny and I would definitely buy them again in the future.

Pillow ordered but not shipped and no customer service response
Ordered a pillow 10 days ago, the order still has not even been shipped. Contacted customer service twice with no response.

Took my money, no item, no replies
Ordered 2 weeks ago. No tracking. Emailed twice — told the item was out of stock and would ship "asap." That was 4 days ago. Still nothing shipped, and now they've stopped replying altogether.
Taking payment for stock you don't have, giving a vague promise, then ghosting the customer is poor practice. I'm now chasing a refund I shouldn't have to chase. Avoid until they fix their stock accuracy and actually answer customers.

The pillow provides excellent support for my head and neck. I sleep better and have by and large eliminated the aches and pains I used to have each morning

Purchased the Ultimate side sleeper…
Purchased the Ultimate side sleeper pillow. Price and delivery time were both good. On-receipt I was pleased to see that the pillow had not been vacuumed packed unlike other pillows I have purchased. Packaging was minimal but effective with good comms about the order and delivery. Pillow appears to be well-made with good materials. Would I buy another pillow from Kally, yes most probably.

Great for back pain
Sleeping with this pillow stops me rolling onto my front and prevents me from getting lower back pain issues, and aligns my spine. It's extremely comfortable and I'm sure I sleep more deeply as my airways aren't compromised.
Only haven't given 5 stars as the pattern on the cover isn't very attractive.

Pillows ordered were unsuitable followed the returns process to the letter, paid the postage only to be refunded £35 out of the £75 spent, the items were on the 14 day trial, one parcel i didnt even open so they were not even used. Complete con. You are lead to believe you will get a full refund. You cant contact by telephone to speak to anyone, the number listed on google is a private landline where the lady who answered said she was sick and tired of receiving phone calls regarding this company. I emailed three times before i received a reply. Complete shambles. Go to a reputable shop and buy your pillows from there.

Really disappointed this time round…
Really disappointed this time round. Ordered a U shape pillow around 4 years ago and it was perfect, no issues, binned after not needing it anymore. I’ve now ordered a new one for £50. Packaging was terrible, it was sent in was basically a bin bag, which arrived all ripped, even the plastic containing the pillow was ripped aswell! I was willing to ignore that, but then I realise the pillow has changed, where you place your shoulder it’s tight hardened material which I have already heard ripping sounds from, it’s really uncomfortable and painful, it’s shorter in length so less support for hips/legs.
With this being said I was looking to return under the 14 day return guarantee, and was looking to order a different type. After emailing on multiple occasions I’ve got no response, I’ve even tried on Facebook but that’s just an AI bot telling you to email the same address that you get no response from. So basically the 14 day return policy is pointless as you can’t do it anyway, even if it meant me paying for return postage I would have done so. Now I’m left with a large product in the house which is no good. AVOID

Ordered item which broke within a week of use and isn’t fit for purpose.
Such a shame as another product of theirs is amazing.
Shocking customer service, don’t reply to emails or contact forms, really really disappointing.
