I bought this pillow for my husband and it has improved his sleep, his shoulders don't hurt anymore and it's reduced his snoring, so happy days 😂

My experience with Trustpilot was very disappointing. The service did not meet my expectations, and I was not satisfied with the overall experience. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of reliability and customer support. I hope they take customer feedback more seriously and work on providing a better experience.

They are not that good I expected. Very depressing.

I’ve been using the Groove pillow continuously for about a month now, and the overall experience has been great! The best part about this pillow is its modular, removable memory foam inserts, which allow me to freely fine-tune it according to my different height preferences and needs. Since finding the perfect customized height for myself, my sleep quality has significantly improved this past month. I highly recommend it to anyone who is very picky about pillow height or constantly searching for the perfect support!

Fab u lous! Buy one, you won’t regret it! This pillow has really helped to solve my painful neck and shoulders. I absolutely love it. Took the plunge despite the high cost l, but it’s worth it to sleep properly and have no pain each day. The only issue is I don’t want to get up :)

I wasn't sure about the pillow when I first viewed it, but after having neck pain i thought i would give it a go. The pillow takes a little time getting used to, but there's no doubt when you wake up your neck feels better and it seems to improve with time, definitely worth it.

After only a week, my husband and I are sleeping a lot more comfortably, my husband has Ankylosing Spondylitis and really struggled with a bad neck. Now, he virtually sleeps the full night, with his neck in a stable position, didn’t think this would happen tbh, but it absolutely did!!

Amazing Sleep with the Groove Pillow – Absolutely Worth It!

My husband and I have been using the Groove Pillow for a month now, and honestly, we’re loving it! ❤️
One of the biggest changes we’ve noticed is that we no longer feel the need to twist our necks at the office between meetings. A good night’s sleep really makes a difference!
We’ve also been sleeping much better, with fewer interruptions, as the pillow provides good support and helps us maintain a comfortable sleeping posture throughout the night.
The best part for me is that it works perfectly for both back and side sleeping. I usually start off sleeping straight on my back and then turn to my side during the night, and the pillow is comfortable in both positions.
Overall, it’s been a great experience for both of us. A simple change that has made our sleep so much more comfortable. Definitely happy with this purchase! 😊

From the first night I tried the pillow, I woke up in the morning and my neck pain was 100% better. The support is great giving a great nights sleep.

Bought my first pillow during lockdown and instantly found relief to my neck pain. A couple of years later my fella bought the deeper pillow after always sleeping on 2 and again had relief from his neck issues. Ordering was easy, regular offers if buying two. Delivery was as expected plus no unnecessary packaging. Pillows are comfortable and covers wash and wear well.

I purchased a Groove adjustable pillow and pillowcase in August and decided to wait until I had been using them for a while before considering a review.
I purchased them due to shoulder pain which was not solved through medication or osteopath treatment. It took me a week or so to adjust to the memory foam as I had never used any similar product before. The pillow case has a lovely cool feel to it. Two months on and not only has my shoulder pain gone but I also now sleep right through the night, something that I haven’t done in years. Very happy with my pillow and would recommend to anyone who is dealing with this type of pain.

I wasn’t expecting much from my pillow but I am genuinely really pleased. The product arrived quickly and was well packaged and I received regular email updates. The pillow is both supportive and soft and means my shoulders and neck aren’t scrunched up. I opted for the cooling pillow and pillow case and am absolutely delighted. I don’t know how it works but it remains cool to the touch.

I've had a Groove pillow for over a year and it has made a real difference go the way I sleep due to contouring and support of my neck as a side sleeper. I like that the pillow doesn't lose its shape or compress flat during use, unlike ordinary pillows. The washable cover is easy to take off and put back on and the texture of it is very comfortable under a cotton pillowcase. I dont remember what I paid, but it is worth the cost.

BLISSFUL NIGHTS SLEEP
I have always preferred a firmer pillow, so I was a little unsure at first, but these are soft while still being incredibly supportive. I hate that feeling of your head sinking into a soft pillow and then having no proper neck support whatsoever.

These grooved pillows are ideal for neck support. When you turn onto your side, your neck is still supported right to the edge of the pillow, and when you sleep on your back, the groove gives your neck that perfect support.

Everyone should try one and put it to the test to see what better sleep can be achieved with the correct pillow, supporting the neck, therefore supporting the spine.

They are honestly so comfortable! I have been having the most wonderful night's sleep since getting my new pillow. I absolutely love it! 😴💤
