Was recommended your pillow by my physio at the time and he could give me a discount too. I trusted his judgment and bought one and it’s the best thing I ever bought. I have collapsed vertebrae in my neck and a damaged spine so my sleeping position is very important. 5 stars ⭐️

Brilliant
For me this has been a brilliant pillow. I have suffered from neck and shoulder pain and waking up with horrendous headaches. This has completely gone and it went as soon as I started using the pillow from night 1! I can’t believe the difference it has made. I am sleeping so much better, I am pain free in a morning and no longer wake up in the middle of the night with headaches. Absolutely love this pillow and it goes everywhere with me now. Thank you.

This one is the best pillow I’ve ever used!
I have all the groove pillows, the original and the adjustable one which I love but being post menopausal I have found them a little hot but this new cool pillow is amazing. I don’t get hot at all and it’s supportive but soft at the same time.

I ordered the 3 in 1 pillow and it’s amazing. Very good quality and in general just a great pillow. I had a very comfortable nights sleep. The first pillow I have used that stays in place, even when tossing and turning throughout the night

My partner is waiting for shoulder…
My partner is waiting for shoulder surgery so doesn't as keep well at all.
I researched support pillows and found the reviews for Groove pillow so Catherine best.
Well packaged and great instructions.
We are in week three now and my partner is sleeping far at least 6 hours xxx

Very good, will not be without mine
The purchase was easy, using the pillow was easy too. I recommend setting up the bed and pillow and relaxing on it the first day before you entertain sleeping on it. It will make your first nights sleep easier to start… the feel in the morning will make you use it every night. I will not be without mine. Thank you Groove

Helpful Customer Service
I have updated my original Review as the customer service team have since resolved my issues. The Original Groove Pillow made my neck pain worse and they offered to exchange for the Adjustable Groove Pillow. I was to return my pillow, pay the difference in price but then I was shocked to see that I was also being asked to pay the return postage. This made me upset that the checkout process hid the fees on return postage.
The Customer Service team have since agreed to send me the Adjustable Groove Pillow at no extra cost to me and have refunded the postage I have paid returning the pillow back.
I am hoping the new pillow will help with my discomfort and pain in my neck.

Good experience with the Groove Adjustable pillow. I have osteoarthritis of the cervical spine & so need a supportive but firm pillow but not too firm. This pillow seems to fit well 🛌👍

I bought my groove pillow and never looked back.....
I bought my groove pillow on recommendation from my physiotherapist who I was seeing for chronic neck and shoulder pain, I never thought I would get rid of this and felt it would be something that I would have to live with
I was sceptical that a pillow would solve these issues but I was prepared to try but how wrong could I have been
This is the best pillow anyone could purchase, granted it takes time to get used to it but having had mine for over 2 years now I am totally free of my neck and shoulder issues and I would not be without it, what I like is that you can sleep on your back or side but your spine is totally aligned
Friends and family have also bought this pillow and have been very impressed with it
My one goes on holiday with me wherever I go because I couldn't go back to sleeping on an ordinary pillow
If you are considering a purchase I would definitely say to do it AND this is so reasonably priced too
Also the covers come off nice and easy for washing and go back on nice and easy....I would recommend buying the pillow cases to fit from the groove website too
