Uni issue solved!
My daughter started university and immediately was getting sore back and neck after sleeping in new bed in halls of residence. She had no issues at home, and so was not sure what the problem might be. I did some research and found that Groove pillows might be the answer! I was right, your pillow solved the problem and now my daughter is pain free after a good night's sleep! Thank you 😊

🌌Night 3 and wow was the best nights sleep in a long time no achy neck and no morning headache and slept like a log. I don’t know why I didn’t change my pillow a long time ago thinking of buying more for the rest of my family I was very sceptical like most but I can honestly say so far so good hope it continues

Excellent quality
Excellent quality, very soft, expertly shaped. Highly recommend Unfortunately my head is an unusual shape, so it wasn't suitable for me. However you can get a full refund, just keep your original packaging. Their customer service is excellent

A great range of pillows
A great range of pillows, for various support whilst sleeping and travelling. They have become an essential part of my sleeping routine. The quality is excellent and customer service were very helpful. Would definitely shop there again.

Used pillows being sent out
I have been sent a used product, the outer cover has a deeply unpleasant smell so much so that it was permeating the whole of the bedroom
It has multiple stains which I have taken photos of
I have been backwards forwards with groove customer services speaking to multiple agents.So far , they have refused to send a returns label
They insist on more and more questions.The pillow is packed up ready to go.They want me to unpack it and submit even more photos of the inner compartment of the groove adjustable pillow
If you buy from this company , expect a used pillow

Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify that we never send out used pillows. All Groove Pillows supplied to customers are brand new. Any returned pillows are never resold and are instead donated to charity where suitable, or responsibly disposed of where they cannot be donated.
I have reviewed your case and can see that the outer protector had some yellow staining. This can occasionally occur during the manufacturing, storage or packaging process, but it does not mean that the pillow has previously been used.
Our team asked for additional photos so we could establish whether the staining was limited to the removable protector or whether the memory foam itself was affected, allowing us to resolve the issue correctly.
I can see that this has now been resolved for you, and we are glad we were able to get this sorted.

Best pillow ever - no aches first night
I have spent probably thousands over the years on pillows, never finding one that's right. This is it though, I've found it. I took some of the inserts out and it was just right. Best sleep, no aching at all literally in the first night. I'm a customer for life at this point!

Really pleased with my groove pillow After doing loads of research about the best pillows for neck problems I decided to try a groove pillow. It took a while to get used to it but i can honestly say I wake up with no pain after sleeping really well.

Super helpful and polite
I had a bit of an issue with a pillow I had bought a little while ago, and the team went above and beyond to help me. They were super quick with their responses to my emails and very helpful. I cant recommend them enough and can't wait to try out my new pillow! Definitely recommend!

Great product
Great product.
Use every night on either side whilst sleeping, and even when I sleep on my back.
I also get lots of use from it, as I use it when I sit down on the couch and pop it in the area of the small of my back, and do the same when driving.
It's helping me a lot and I can't recommend enough for around the £20 mark. Will be investing in the neck pillow shortly on the strength of this product I'm very impressed.

Goodbye to neck pain

A pillow recommended by a physio
Because of degenerative neck issues for quite a while but aggravated by sleeping on different pillows when staying in B&Bs when on holiday in August, I had a few sessions of physio. When I asked the physio for advice about a pillow she told me about Groove pillows and suggested that I get one. I’m glad that I did! As I’m a side sleeper it took a while to get used to placing my head on the lateral, higher side of the pillow (as opposed to the slightly lower dip in the middle which is for back sleepers), but now I am used to that and find the pillow supportive, yet soft enough and comfortable. On any future holiday it will go with me!
