This company is a scam. The goods come from China. The delivery times are not honest. The product quality is very poor and refund policy is are not honoured.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Extremely Disappointing Experience
I had a very poor experience with Bellaza Moda. I ordered a Quarter ZIP jumper (without a hood), but instead received a completely different item—a hoodie that looks nothing like what was advertised on their website.
Not only was the wrong item delivered, but the quality of the product was also far below expectations. The material and overall finish do not match the description or images shown online, which is very misleading.
I contacted customer service immediately and provided all requested information, including photos. While they initially acknowledged the issue and said it was forwarded to the relevant team, there has been no follow-up since then. I have not received any update, refund, or replacement, despite multiple attempts to get a response.
This lack of communication and failure to resolve the issue is extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I do believe this company is a scam, they also operate under Bellaza moda. It took weeks to receive my order, they didn't respond to me enquiring where the order was. I eventually received an item, which was not what I ordered. It was very cheap and a different style. I reported this to them, saying I had contacted my bank as I believed they were a scam. This seemed to make them reply, they said I could pay to return the goods or not have a refund, but get 15% off my next purchase. Please do not buy from them, I do think they are a scam site, the goods definitely aren't french. Mine came in a bag that had already been used, no labels that mention the brand.

Before I placed the order, the website said it would be delivered in 1-2 days. After the order was placed, it told me that the order was coming from China. After waiting for three days I contacted customer services ( note the email address they give is incorrect- they spelt customer wrong) and asked if I could cancel the order and refund my money. They said no, since the order was dispatched. It took 15 days for the order to arrive. Absolute rubbish - quality is very poor and the size is too small.

Never will I buy from this brand again.

this website said my coat would be delivered between 1-2 days and it doesn’t even say it’s been shipped now after 3 days. I tried to email the customer support and it’s that the address was not found!! don’t order from here guys!!

£45 each for two items and absolute garbage. The coat is a jacket like a very cheap hoodie! It’s disgraceful. The boots can’t get my legs or feet into them and they stink of glue. Their website is all in French and when I pressed on support it said page not found! I’ve sent emails and they’ve been returned. I don’t know if I can raise a claim with my bank for refunds . It’s just rubbish stay away from them I was going to put pictures of what I thought I’d bought and what I’d got but no upload facility on this
