Highly recommend my bag arrived as described beautifully packed will be using them again

I am a frequent buyer on the preloved bag market but had not heard of this company until my Google search for a particular bag showed they had one in stock. I checked their website and social media and felt confident purchasing from them. My bag arrived within 48 hours and was perfect (better than described actually). Packaging was done with care and I have no doubts whatsoever about the authenticity of my (YSL) bag. I will definitely bookmark this company for my future preloved purchases.

I placed my order and Sian messaged me the next day to advise a label had come off the bag and did I still wish to purchase. I wouldn’t recommend submitting your designer bags for sale here. The process is extremely slow, and after waiting a long time for a response, I was simply told they weren’t interested! The lack of communication and efficiency made the whole experience frustrating and disappointing. Definitely not worth your time.
