What an amazing company, Bells and whistles far surpasses every preloved company I’ve ever dealt with! This month I have purchased a beautiful prada bag that is exactly as described, coming with an entrupy certificate for added reassurance. All my messages were answered straight away with all the details I needed. My bag came the next day, wrapped carefully and securely. The ordering and the selling process is super duper quick and easy! I’ve sold two bags so far and both experiences were very straight forward. The payment was sent straight to my account the same day they received the bag (no waiting around at all!) The bag is in great condition and was as described on the website. There was no original box or dust bag as described but they still provided their own branded dust bag which is really good quality.
