Had our XC40 serviced at Bells Bedford, first class service as ever. Leslie was her usual friendly professional self. Work was carried out quickly and correctly, I was told approximately how long the work would take and, importantly, was kept up to date with the progress. Looking to keep it Volvo when we change our car, so spoke to Luke who was super quick in getting some figures to us on a couple of vehicle options. Finally great coffee and biscuits!

Have been using Bells Motors for 16 years, both for buying Volvos and servicing them. Always had a warm welcome from the service reception team - Mark Knight this time, but all good and helpful in ensuring all problems relayed to the service team.

I took my car to Bell's in Bedford today for a service. The service they provide is first class, Mark was on reception being super helpful as usual and I left with a car that was running perfectly and also gleaming after it was cleaned. Keep up the good work.

She handled all the paperwork and details effortlessly, taking the stress out of the transition. I am absolutely thrilled to be moving from my Kia Ceed into the XCeed! I recently purchased a Kia EV9 from Bells Kia and the service throughout was absolutely outstanding.
A special mention has to go to Leigh, who was brilliant from start to finish. The purchase was unfortunately delayed for several weeks due to issues completely outside the dealership’s control, but Leigh remained patient, professional and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. He kept in regular contact, never applied pressure, and genuinely made what had become quite a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
When everything was finally resolved, the handover experience was excellent and the car was presented beautifully. The Kia EV9 is fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with it.
It’s rare to find customer service that feels this genuine and personal nowadays. I would highly recommend Bells Kia to anyone considering a new car purchase, and Leigh in particular was a credit to the dealership.
Thank you again — it was very much appreciated.

Took my used kia in for engine light, they were very attentive, had to go in a couple of times but they were clear with me throughout the process, no suprises. Jo on front desk was friendly and helpful, thank you

I had a great experience with Bells Motor Group in Northampton, thanks especially to Ben. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process very smooth and straightforward.
Ben took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable at every stage. I never felt rushed, which I really appreciated, and it made the whole experience enjoyable.
I’m very happy with my Volvo XC40 so far – it’s been a pleasure to drive. Thank you again to Ben for the excellent service!

Just had the 11 year old Volvo XC60 MOT'd. I have always found Bells in Bedford good to deal with. Mark was there and dealt with my car today and was great but I have to say that either Mark or Leslie at Service Reception are quite the best. (I can't judge the mechanic who did the MOT but I trust him and his colleagues 100%!)
