Bench totally brilliant the only problem I had was with Evri who kept misplacing the item Bench did everything to correct this I highly recommend Bench

Disappointing - no goods received.
I haven’t received my goods and haven’t had a response from Bench to any of my emails. However, they have sent plenty of emails to review so maybe they will respond to this!! 100% waste of money. Gutted as I loved Bench in the 90s.
Edit - following this review I have received a full refund from Bench. Disappointing not to get the goods, but at least responsive in the end.

Never Again
Advertised a deal that they possibly over sold, I did not receive the order although they said it had been to my address. Still waiting for my refund .... will never order from Bench again

Holiday T-shirts
Bought a pack of ten T-shirts which looked great until I checked the sizes, I ordered XL got 8 XL 1 small and 1 XXL, complained and got 20% refund which was dealt with quickly, over be all happy with the T-shirts.

Very nice hoodie which is perfect to size. But the only concern was that the colour in reality is a bit different from what is shown on the picture. In the picture it seems blue-ish grey, while in reality it is a strong grey colour. Rest everything else is fine.
