I quite like their stuff

I quite like their stuff, but only ever buy if it’s reduced. What really let’s them down is poor quality of stitching. I’ve just bought 3 prs of shorts, all of which have very poor sewing machine work. I could literally do better. I guess they’re using sweat-shops, so can’t blame the underpaid, overworked, machinists. Do better bench….pay a reasonable wage for better job, at the expense of your hefty profit margins

Bench t shirts XL

Bought the men’s t shirts in the sale and they are a great fit and they are a good quality item.
Washed them a couple of times and no problems with the shape.

Teeny shorts

Bought some stretch denim size 12 ladies shorts... They were indecent, they were so small. My size 6 daughter wears them instead. Obviously a disappointing experience which has put me off Bench. Reading other reviews, it's clear the sizing can have a tendency to come up small.

5 pack T-shirt

Of the 5 pack t-shirt I ordered, 3 was a perfect fit for a normal size medium. However 1 was smaller and 1 other was a bit oversized even though they were tagged size medium.

They don't spam you with emails...Great Product..

They don't spam you with emails so that is great. The only repeated correspondence has been for this feedback so assume that's external. I did send them a detailed message about their email marketing. Extremely bad marketing but this doesn't effect the end user experience only re purchase chance and actual customer re engagement. Great quality on the products I ordered. Fit was great. Order time vs delivery In line. Price was great value and also sits well within expected market. I would defiantly re purchase. Only disappointment is the potential/missed opportunity for growth. None of the feedback reflects badly on the brand from a customer perspective. Massive opportunity for growth. I absolutely love it. Bench is known for basics better than basics. Such a great opportunity position for a brand.

Mony for waste

Mony for waste, one t-shirt vas very small size even it vas marked as XXL size. I cud not put on it, it vas may be for M size. Never buy more.

Jacket Disintergrating....

A couple of years ago I bought a leather or faux leather jacket, Athough I didn't wear it much it was stored in the wardrobe.When I took.it out I found the leather was disintegrating & falling off the jacket like black snow.I returned the cost a couple of weeks ago recorded delivery but haven't received any reply or even an acknowledgement,so I would be very wary when buying this type of jacjket

Order not received after 14 days

I placed my order on the 21st February and today 6th March I still haven't received my order. I contacted Bench via email and I told them that Evri had apparently attempted to deliver me once then I received 2 parcels from Evri on 2 separate occasions but I still haven't received my parcel. On Evri site it says that the parcel is on the way back to sender. I cannot contact Evri to ask them to leave it a collection point and Bench doesn't seem to do anything about it. I asked Bench to send it to a collection point because it seems that on this occasion Evri failed to follow their own policy of attempting to deliver on 3 occasions. I haven't been updated regarding my order and they didn't offer any solution. It is unacceptable to be treated like that! I received and email asking me to give feedback about the items but I haven't received them so I wouldn't know. I will soon contact the ombudsman and escalate the issue. The situation is unacceptable and the only way of communicating with Bench is via email and as I mentioned I cannot contact Evri. I do not trust Bench. Update: today, 27th March, I contacted them again because they didn't get in touch with me and they told me that my order has been damaged in transit and they will refund me. I find their trading standards very low. It is not acceptable to wait for an order for over a month and only when you enquire about it to get a refund ( it's been 34 days). It is not fair because the items were presents for my daughter and my family and it makes me look like a liar after I told them that I bought hoodies for them! At a certain point I worried that I have been scammed because there was this lack of response from them!
