Bench totally brilliant the only problem I had was with Evri who kept misplacing the item Bench did everything to correct this I highly recommend Bench

They send the item around two weeks and now I send it back and they still didn’t send me the refund the service it’s hurrible
Lighter in parcel
Jacket itself was fine but inside the parcel alongside my jacket was a lighter 😳 makes me wonder if the jacket I received was one someone sent back. Emailed company no response .

Paid £6.49 for postages
You pay £3 for delivery, return the goods because they are the wrong size it cost you £3.49 to return them, so no goods and it's cost you £6.49 not a good service.
Damaged goods and poor customer services
I had bought the hoodie as a Christmas gift for my husband who loves Bench clothing. It was delivered quickly but I was really disappointed to it had red marks on the back and on the arm so immediately contacted bench to arrange a return. It took a few days for anyone to reply to my email, they gave me a code to take the parcel back using a ParcelShop. However the code doesn’t work and after trying a couple of Parcelshops I have contacted Bench again. In fact I’ve sent a couple of emails and still no reply! It is a shame that their Customer Services is so poor and the quality of their goods falls below their previous products. I won’t be buying from them again. Fingers crossed someone will eventually answer my email too.

I order a size 10 LIVIE white belted coat and was to big ....I send it back with Evri on 13 December....and I'm still waiting for a refund....I contact bench on email twice but no answer....I contact Evri but nothing telling me to contact my retailer (bench) but no answer....never happened something like this until now.....im very very disappointedabout this ......

Unfortunately the coat had some sort of plastic under the lining in one of the arms which made a rusting sound like a child’s scrunchie toy. Most likely a production error but made this jacket unwearable. Item now returned
Avoid - no support reply
One item was never delivered. Despite 3 emails chasers to their support address, I yet have to receive an answer. Basically took my money and run....
Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Can’t get my refund back for returned item. Awaiting over 11 days and still no refund. No updates given.

It's been over 2 weeks since I 1st emailed Bench about returning the product and a further 2 emails have been sent within that time to which not one of them has been responded to. Appalling customer services.
