I have been waiting for my cash since December 9th, 2025. They've stopped responding to my emails and owe me $370. I'm livid. This app is garbage

This app is a complete scam. The only method of withdrawal is to Acebet. Then after you transfer your funds to there you are told you have insufficient funds to withdraw it there. They just want you to gamble and lose your money.

My first withdrawal was to PayPal $1 then it made me reach to $20 when I did I couldn’t transfer to PayPal it wants me to get a game and get my deposit in the game which is a gambling game.

I love one of the games I picked it’s afast moving game! The other game I don’t like so much so I don’t spend much time playing it. I wished they would not have you spend to move up another level even though the mine is sent to Apple it ends up being spent on game I play on other sites, I wish it didn’t take so long to receive money as well for the time you put into the game is not really enough pay for your time,

I love the app in terms of the way you are money and the amount you can earn. However, since the first test withdrawal, I have not been able to withdraw my money and it has been at least two months I would give a better rating if I could get the money I earned back I did spend money as well. I have contacted customer service through email have no resolve.

A huge NO way to use this app any longer! I don’t want to write a novel about the problems of Benjamin’s platform rather I just recommend to everyone that avoid to waste time and especially game in purchase or any investments in their offerings! Be aware that this app is having some serious problems. So once again do NOT waste your time and money on this useless unresponsible misleading platform.

Don’t waist your time on Benjamin! I have been waiting since February for my payout customer service told me that I will receive it shortly 3 months later nothing.

Good luck getting paid. Used to be great until about December 2025. I have requested 2 separate payouts in the month of December and it’s now the last day in July and it’s still in “queue”. I have reached out several times where I am told rest assured I will receive payment. Very unfortunate since it’s a great way to play games and earn a few bucks but unfortunately, I am learning the hard way that I’m not gonna receive my money anytime soon. Most of the money I earned was from spending my own money. Horrible. Lesson learned. For now on, I’ll be playing games through Swagbucks. I’ve always gotten payouts within a couple days.

If I could give zero stars I would. STAY AWAY. Use scrambly or freecash. Benjamin USED to be great but now they’re just scammers that never payout. I have over $250 sitting in a “payment queue” and it’s been that way since last December, almost 9 months. I have contacted customer service multiple times this year and get the same AI response about how the money will come eventually. Just signed in today to check and they have actually CHARGED me inactivity fees of $58 because I stopped using their terrible app for the obvious reasons. Absolute con artists. If anyone knows anything about setting up a class action lawsuit let me know.

I loved the app at first but when they did the update it turned to crap. Was told the update was to allow their app to be more like other apps. Been waiting for a payout since January with no answer to the multiple inquiries I have made. I would NOT recommend this app.

I was very upset that the only way for me to make my first withdrawal was through the Acebet website. I could find no other option. Now I literally have to make some kind of transaction with them to get any of my withdrawal. If I am unable to make my second withdrawal directly through PayPal then I will be deleting Benjamin.

I have used this app ever since it came out. Initially I had positive feedback. But as of late, I have $150 in rewards that have been outstanding and pending payment “in queu” since April 9 and Customer Support is not even responding to my inquiries about when this will be paid. It’s very very disappointing because I really liked the app. Although they continue to market like crazy so I don’t think they’re going anywhere.

I submitted my withdrawal on June 2nd. I emailed multiple times to see what is going on. For over a month they won’t get back to you. The new withdrawal system is a joke you won’t get paid for a while and they don’t do anything to make it up and keep customers

I had to withdraw through Acebet and Acebet made me bet all of it before I could withdraw it and I lost 2/3 of it. There needs to be another option

Twice now I have been waiting for months for my payout. Last week it looked as though the app logged me out. So I went back in and it showed a screen where I needed to enter my debit card information. Well I entered it but it just circled. I couldn't get back into the app. The same day I had a 2.00 pending payment in my bank account from a cloud flare app and then a 39.99 fraud alert from the same app. I truly believe they were either hacked or site is unsafe. After you withdraw your first dollar with no issue, your account is no longer able to withdraw again. The games are nice, like any games you play with other earning apps. MoMo runner is challenging but fun for a quick casual game.
