Have been waiting over a month for $25 payout have reached out to customer service 3x with no response. Worst gaming app ever

I’ve been in the so called “queue” for my earned money since January. I’ve submitted two tickets to find out status, each sent a month apart. They will not respond nor will they pay. This is an ongoing issue and I advise anyone considering this app to look elsewhere. These people do not have the money to pay their members. They’ve piddled it away and left us all hanging.

The worst out of all the play to earn apps. This app literally is a total waste of time. Probably the biggest scam ever I didn't receive $1 from them and I earned a good amount but every time I tried to cash out it would tell me that there they were doing maintenance on the cash out portion of the app or it would change the cash out method so that it was an app that I've never seen before to cash out and then finally I tried to cash out the last time and it said it was a $25 minimum cash out when before it told me that I had to reach $15 to cash out they just are liars and they don't respond back to any emails for support. Biggest joke I've ever seen. Do not even waste your time

I really started out loving this app. I thought wow I cashed out my first 1.00 no problem. BUT WAIT. Now I got to have 20.00 or more to cash out after that. What a slap in the face. And trying to get to 20 is been over two months now.

I am so disgusted with this app!! I cashed out $31.71 on 6/23/2026 and it says " your withdrawal is in queue" ok, I'm thinking a few days but fast forward to August 14, 2026......NOTHING.
So , I sent an email, asking when should I expect my money that I earned. Unfortunately I spent more than I earned ( lesson learned on my end) and I did receive an email that same day only to tell me that the " email I sent my request to " is no longer an avenue to receive support and if I would kindly submit my request through the proper support forms!! What a joke!! I want my money and I'm done!! I will say that this is my 3rd withdrawal and the first 2 went just fine. So, I don't know nor do I care what happened to Benjamin because I feel like they are being shady and completely untrustworthy.

Don’t waste your time with this app. It’s a complete scam. I attempted to withdraw rewards payments in 12/2025 & 1/2026. Both are still marked “in queue” as of 8/2026. I’ve reached out to support for an ETA, only to receive a trash automated reply. Yet they continue to advise the app as if it’s functional.

Used to be a good app but now it’s a total scam!
I had won over $300 from them in the past and they always paid but now they sold their soul to some crappy company and refuse to pay out and will do everything to ignore you when you ask for help. Do yourself a favor and delete this app if you’ve already downloaded it and if you haven’t yet- look for something more legit because this is NOT it!!

I enjoyed the app it's easy to navigate and the payout process was smoth,but I didn't receive anything yet although I got a notification saying they paid me,where did my earnings go.my email and phone are linked ...i haven't seen a email with payout link yet

Do not waste your time on this app. I’ve been waiting on my funds since April 20, 2026. I’ve sent countless emails since then and no one replies anymore. They put solved on your tickets with no reply and no resolution. This app use to be decent and one of the few that I trusted. So please save your self some time and do not download.

This company turned into a huge scam. After waiting months to withdraw, it allowed you to "withdraw" into another company, which is to say you just bought tokens at a casino gaming site. You cannot withdraw your money unless you play 3x the amount of your withdrawal. If you get lucky after all that and win something, then in theory you can withdraw. The class action lawsuit against Benjamin and every bastard that works there can't come fast enough.

App is a scam. Used to be decent with quick payouts. They changed their system in December of 2025 and making withdrawals is almost impossible. They've limited the amount you can withdraw, added a charge to make withdrawals and leave you in a queue that never advances or gets updated. I've been waiting 8 months for mine. Customer service is a joke and never responds. There are better apps that have lower withdrawal limits and payout in a couple of days. AVOID THIS APP!!!

I began using this app towards the beginning of 2025. I started racking up fair rewards for playing games through their platform and through cash back features in websites. I was able to make some withdrawals initially and they were processed rather quickly. Around September 2025 I tried making a withdrawal but couldn’t because they were performing “updates.” Fast forward to March 2026 when I had $350+ in earnings I wanted to make a withdrawal but they were now capped at $50/day. So I made 7 withdrawals starting March 3rd. About a month went by with them still showing that they were in a queue to be processed. I reached out to their customer support but only received an auto reply saying that a backlog of withdrawals was delaying everything even though when I made the withdrawals it said it would take 4 days to complete. Well, it’s been 5 months and a handful of negative reviews I’ve posted and one of my withdrawals has finally posted. I see they’re now trying to get their users to do an instant withdrawal to an online casino that looks as trustworthy as they’ve become. This app scams people, lies to its users, and needs to be shut down and investigated.

I have three cashouts that Benjamin One has refused to pay: $30.14 from May 8, $37.60 from July 7, and $43.64 from July 14. I contacted support five times with no response. When they finally replied, it was a generic copy‑and‑paste message that didn’t address my account or explain why my payouts have been withheld for months.

They do not provide a working support email, and their in‑app support is useless. I have filed complaints with the BBB, reported the app to the App Store for fraud/scam, and I am now filing with the FTC. This company is not paying users and is ignoring legitimate payout requests.

Benjamin Partners, Inc. crowd funded to start the app. I downloaded benjamin game app, played and got paid. NOW 2026 they have changed and the wait to be paid is taking MONTHS instead of days. They owe me $103. I feel as if I have bern scammed.

I use to love this app, there was never an issue with withdrawals. Now everything sits in a que for months on end, the customer service is extremely slow, and the reply is the same thing over and over again. Now I have a PayPal that's been in que for months, after the last two sat for months, customer service reversed both pending I had, then went to redo withdrawal to find a is now a limit of $50. So I have one in que for 2 months as of now, so tried tonight to withdrawal to acebet... well is says i have a pending withdrawal but i can't get into acebet and I really don't even know what that is... so if I could give this site a -5 I would. It's a shame they had such a good site.

The reason I'm giving y'all a one star is that when the time came to withdraw the money, the only withdrawal option y'all had was something called Acebet. So, I clicked on the link hoping I would get my money ($34.52). And I haven't received one penny of my money that I worked so hard for. I emailed customer service about my complaint and asking where my money is? That was last Sunday and I haven't heard one word from the so-called customer service. BTW, I know y'all have PayPal to cash out money, but the day after I went to cash out the money, the PayPal link on the withdrawal options was gone. And the only thing y'all had was something called Acebet (which I have never heard of)

I have to say I think I officially was bamboozled. I really believed in what Benjamin‘s product was and it really was my go to app, but I gave a great review for them on the merit of following through with transparency and sadly they have only gotten worse. I am owed two different withdraws that have been waiting since March and April.(which isn’t even as long as some people have been waiting… But for someone on a fixed income with Disability, I do rely on this extra income.) I’ve always asked to just be transparent and keeping communication and now they have gone MIA no longer responding to emails once they got my review. I even filed a BBB complaint and they chose not to respond. Yet they are still proactively asking people to use their product. It definitely is a very shady business practice when they know they have no intention. I’m following through. I really was hoping that they would be able to get back to something that was successful, but I am convinced now more than ever that this is a company you should steer away from. I was probably one of their biggest advocates and now seen the light that you are not going to get paid and worse… They won’t even communicate to you.

They lie about when they are going to send people there rewards. And just put everyone in queue. Still waiting on my money been a long time now and no help from customer service. They don't answer emails at all. Good luck if you get the app. It's not worth it.

Several times I’ve given Benjamin another chance after they’ve rectified an error in their end. I’m officially DONE. I tried to withdraw my $29 and instead of the usual options (i use PayPal), the only option was Acebet which I’ve never heard of. I figured it was just a new name for their withdrawal site. Nope. Now, not only do i have to play 3x the amount I’m trying to withdraw, but i also have to verify my identity which I’ve already proven with PayPal and with Benjamin and can no longer do as i can’t afford to renew my id and they won’t accept expired forms. I asked Acebet if they could put the money back in my Benjamin account. Nope. Asked if i had to gamble to withdraw my money (i DON’T gamble), Yep. Asked if they accepted expired id, Nope. There’s no way for me to get my money out of that app. So i emailed Benjamin for the THIRD time with screenshots of my conversation with Acebet and Benjamin STILL hasn’t answered me. Then had the nerve to congratulate me on my successful withdrawal and asked me to do a survey!! F this app, there’s way better ones out there that don’t jerk you around!!
