Would leave 0 stars if it allowed it. You can cash out the $1 at the beginning and then never again. Mine has said my “withdrawal request is under review” for 3 days now, tried to contact support and got one vague email from “support” that has never responded or gone anywhere. Don’t waste your time, it’s a scam. They get paid for all the adds you watch and clearly have no intention of ever actually paying out beyond the $1 when you first start the app. 10/10 would NEVER recommend.

Still waiting on my withdrawal to my PayPal still in the que . I wish I really would have read the. Reviews before I started because people have been waiting months to get their money. That's ridiculous. I do not recommend using this app.

If I could I would give negative stars. Ive uses this app for some time and was happy when it appeared legit. Now since update on payments or whatever they was doing I haven't received my payment and its pushing a year. Scamming customers out of there money after they put in all the time Into the games is not acceptable. Yall updated the app with a bunch of ads but not the payments. WE WANT OUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!

I have been waiting 240+ days to get my deposits (which I have to pay $.99 for the privilege!) since the introduced their new withdrawal system in December 2025. A legit app became a scam overnight. I could get my money now, but only if I trust them and Acebet enough to actually receive it (which I don’t).

If there was a ratings method to measure for a negative review, I would rate this app a negative 5. I have been using this platform for sometime. I thought this was a reliable and trustworthy platform, it is not. The customer service/support doesn’t exist. They do not honor payment requests once you have met the minimum payout withdrawal requirement. I placed a withdrawal request March 29th, 2026. I use PayPal for the account to receive the payment. PayPal doesn’t hold payments more than 24 hours. When I look at the withdrawal request it says it’s pending in que on the Benjamin App. This means Benjamin has not honored and released the payment.The Benjamin Platform is obviously operating as well as receiving revenue because it is still available in the Apple Store for download as well as the frequent raffles and now the random intrusive ads that have become a part of the login process and the payday pass process. There is no reason this platform has to not release my payment to my PayPal account. I count on this additional money I make to secure transportation and to supplement my grocery purchases with the rising cost. This is a way I earn money legally, safely and usually stress free. It is now nearly 5 months since I submitted the request. I was at one point submitting a weekly ticket regarding the matter. There has been absolutely no response from customer support. I earned the payment as dictated by the apps rules and requirements so why have I been denied a response or resolution by payment of the withdrawal. This is beyond distressing. I would not recommend this platform and I will not further use it once this matter is resolved with the payment of the funds I rightfully deserve.

Been waiting over 4 months for payment of like to get the money and then leave this dreck app

I tried cashing out $50 at the beginning of March and I still haven't gotten the money. I have reached out to the customer support many times and they have stopped replying back to me. The $50 has been in the pending state on their app for a month now and still nothing. At the beginning they cashed out the $3 or $4 cash outs within a day or 2 but as soon as I finally earned over $50 they don't pay me. Kinda fishy if you ask me

I would like my 2 payout withdrawals I've been waiting in queue since February 14th and 16th...they are quick to take money out of your winnings when something is needed to be paid for so we can't I just get my winnings like y'all claimed I would in 3 days or up to 3 months it's been since February can they please give me my 75$ I still have 50$ in winnings that I'm scared to cash out knowing I may not receive it for 10 years please just pay me out....

I have never gotten a payout from this company. All four of my payouts are in queue and have been since December 9 of 2025. And for the five months prior to that they were upgrading and they weren’t doing payouts, so I’ve literally been waiting a year and have never gotten a payout from them. I was hoping to upload a picture of what I have in queue. which is $150.

End up spending Way more money than I earn & these sites/apps compromise the security of my devices= personal data.

I should have read these reviews because they are indeed accurate. Do not waste your time with this app. I’ve only gotten $1 for the first withdrawal and after that says there is an “error” . Horrible and deceitful!

They literally banned my account because I kept messaging support asking them to release my $600. I had $400 pending and another $198 ready for withdrawal. Which I couldn’t even request to start with. What a garbage company. Withhold someone earning and then ban them when they ask to many questions. I hope they get sued.

Was able to process initial $1 withdrawal to PayPal however once I met the $25 withdrawal threshold to be able to withdraw again suddenly I am unable to select any option to withdraw my money into. After contacting customer service and receiving only automated responses I am planning to report them to the better business bureau and possibly the AG in NY state.

435 days straight of play. Have “cashed out” 2 times back in December of 2025. Still no payout. I have contacted customer service many times to get “you are in the queue”. Well the queue is almost a year old. DONT BOTHER PLAYING THIS GAME. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE REWARDS $$. all you are doing is making them rich by watching their ads.

Benjamin does not pay out. Do not waste your time. So many other apps out there that actually pay out.

It’s easy to earn money as long as you check in each day… but as soon as you try to withdraw money, there’s no help! I have had money “in queue “ for four months now! Contacted customer support five times and zero response. In addition, you are limited to only withdrawing $50 at a time and are charged a service fee! They need to do better.
