Withdraw didn’t go through

Finally was able to withdraw the money I earn. Was able to start playing games again which I enjoyed.

I was forced to only cash out $1 to start out and I NEVER received it. Not even almost a week later. So I have no trust that I will ever see anything else that I “made”. This was such a scam. Justplay is a better app and you don’t have to spend money to make progress just be loyal and play from there company better.

Says unusual activity was detected and for my security my request is under review. I reached out to customer support and still haven’t heard anything.

I am leaving this review to warn others about major issues with the Benjamin app regarding payouts, fees, and customer support. Let me begin with my first experience with Benjamin was great. I earned to $100, requsted it and it was added to my linked account Got the full $100. Then of course i continued to play. Figured Id go $100 again. It made me cash out $50/day. They now, out of the blue, charge $100 for each transaction. Max withrawl is $50/day. I withdrew $50 on May 26th, and again on May 27th, its now into Sept.
They say it's in the processing que and I now have been waiting over 4mths now, far too long with absolutely no explanation.
When you try to get help, the customer support is completely non-existent. They either ignore tickets entirely or give automated responses that solve nothing. They told me the other day my phone number has no file attachedto it. Same number I gave them to start this whole thing
I have completely lost confidence in this platform and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy group of people running the company, go elsewhere, these guys we're obviously too good to be true the first time, then next time everyone was changed and not better for customer

I wouldn't give them a star but I had to. Worst play games for cash app yet!! Dont trust them. Dont deposit any of your hard earned money you will have it stolen from you. Than you try to contact them and you receive a message that they are just so busy! Horrible stay away go to Just play way better!

These app still owes my husband over $30 since October of 2025. They said wait till JANUARY for your payment?!? January came and gone and Benji stop responding to emails. If you make 5 or 10 bucks maybe your okay to mess with them but clearly if you make more then that they will steal your money, stay away from this app

promised 25 dollar bonus, didn't deliver. massive cash out minimum.
didn't get the milestone for 2 different games I played.
it's frustrating. it hasn't been straightforward or easy to know how much I'm going to be able to cash out... and the constant rug pulls are annoying.

It’s rather kind of sad. They used to pay out then they quit as soon as they change their site. They owe me $30. It’s been a long time so I just don’t even think about that. It just makes me angry that they did that to their older members, they’ve done it to a lot of people I’m just one of the victims used to be a good thing not anymore. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

Won’t let me cash out my money I have earned. Says they are doing maintenance and that’s been for about 3 days now and there is no way to get ahold of customer support. SCAM STAY AWAY!

I crossed the $25 mark tried to cash-out to PayPal. The only method I have for cash-out is for Acebet or buy sweepstakes entries. Once I hit $25, PayPal and Venmo cash out disappered.

Don’t like wasting my time. Money is on hold in limbo. May or may pay out apparently. Scam behavior. Skip this one.

I didn’t get to withdraw it the way I wanted through PayPal or Venmo so I wasn’t able to use my money on what I needed also junes journey has not been crediting my levels I put in a ticket so far nothing

Just like everyone else, I also have had money in queue, since February. I have contacted support to no avail. I only have $75 to collect. You'd think the meager amounts would at least get paid out.

App was great until payout was changed in Sept of 2025. After that it is impossible to withdraw any money. I have $91.75 waiting "in queue" since Dec 2025

What I like is the variety of games, especially games that I've never played before. Also like the ease of the withdrawal process.

If I could give it no stars I would. This has been the worst week of my life. This whole app is a false advertisement SCAMMMMM!!!!! Lets you cash out $1 to keep you invested and then once you make the minimum cash out requirement of $25 AFTER they let you cash out the $1 then they only let you withdraw it on Acebet even though they let you withdraw the dollar to any payment platform. Then to make matters worse, after you request the withdrawal they’ll mark your account as suspicious, not only that acebet has a $50 minimum so you would be betting all your money away before you get to withdraw it and fyi I’ve played around on ace bet before years ago, never cashed out but I made $57 dollars on there today and the withdrawal period can take anywhere from 3-4 hours or 1-3 days.

I am owed 450 since Dec. It used to be an amazing app.

I have 2 payouts that have been pending for 4 months and I have contacted customer service 10 plus time with NO Response. If it was only a small amount I wouldn’t be too upset and would delete the app but it is just shy of $100. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!
