They blocked my MinPay PAL account so I couldn't pay.

No payouts. Had payments pending for over a year now and their "customer service" just keeps saying they are busy. Yeah right. Do not waste your time

I've been waiting a month to be able to withdraw then you added a new way to cash out without stating it's a gambling site and now I can't get my money back because Michigan is a blocked state. Can you fix thid?

I started using benjamin in 2024 and they were pretty good, just took time to raise the $25 minimum withdraw but i was able to get it and cash out several times. Then they shut down for three months to make changes and I was still racking up dollars. They came back online and I was able to get $100 out of $334. I have been waiting since December 9th 2025 to get the rest of my money. My advice is don’t waste your time. Go to Mistplay or Freecash.

It does pay out like the commercial says it does, not in big amounts, but nice pockets change.

I don't think it's fair to invest your time into an app that clearly promotes false advertisement. These companies or developers should be held accountable for misleading people. We are only being used for our valuable time and effort, only to not be paid. Customer service doesn't exist. App and developers shouldn't be allowed to be made available to people. Such a travesty, that people aren't as genuine as they should be. I definitely would not recommend to anyone.

This app is a scam! Your first withdrawal can only be $1, “to ensure it works and goes through.” However, after that, they say that withdrawals to PayPal/Venmo are “unavailable” and the only way to cash out is to transfer your funds to a casino website. This app should not be offering rewards they can’t deliver on. Don’t waste your time thinking you’ll get any money from them!

Fix the cash out method it kept telling me maintenance issues

Benjamin used to be great! I got paid on time! Now, I’ve been waiting since December of last year (276 days) for a payout of $450. This included money that I was supposed to get refunded if I paid into the games. I’m so sad because I wanted to use this money for upcoming international travel.

Works good for the first $1 withdrawals. Then the next withdrawal has to be at least $25 but when you go to withdraw it constantly says temporarily unavailable unless you want to withdraw to Acebet casino. Seems a little fishy to me.

I contacted support recently because I kept getting an error message when trying to withdraw my balance. In response I was told my account was being disabled for “activity that violates our terms of service” but they wouldn’t elaborate on what that was and now will not respond to me. I’m forced to believe this is a tactic to avoid paying out to higher earning users as I had a balance of a little over $100 in my account. I feel like I’ve wasted my time doing their surveys and games, don’t get scammed like me.

I would rate zero stars if I could. The app will not pay out nor respond to emails. Have been waiting for $100. For months. This app needs to be taken out of the App Store on Apple. Don’t waste your time!

This app pays less than some apps. Basically started using Benjamin at the beginning of August 2026.
I have played for hours on a two different games and not made more than $.01-$.03 each hour.
You have to get to $25 to cash out. I'm not even close to cashing out. Disappointed.

I really love this app when it had gift card options it use to have tons of gift card options and it was way easier to cash out now i feel like that stupid acebet is the only way to cash out and I dont want to gamble .so im really disappointed

I would like more options for withdrawal. That is the main issue. For a few days, I tried to withdraw, but system was apparently down or going some kind of update. Finally worked, and money was putting account fairly quickly.

I’ve been waiting since November 2025 for a payout of over $150. Allowed me to submit the withdrawal in February 2026 but I’ve been waiting ever since with the status showing it’s in queue.

Been waiting since Dec 28, 2025 for a $25 payout. Since then I added another June q, 2026 and a 3rd in July. Seems to be caught up in an endless queue with no sign of progress. Nothing but automated response from CS prior to mid December everything was gr8. Now the app sucks!!!
