I withdrew the first dollar they required me to do and now the withdrawal ability is under construction. I can’t withdraw the money I’ve earned.

This app stated false withdrawal information. Yes you can get $1, then you need a ridiculous amount to withdraw again. There should not be any caps or thresholds before you can withdraw.

It's a good app you really do earn money the problem that I'm having since I withdrew my 1st $1.00 is when I try to withdrawal the rest of my earnings it is telling me that they are doing maintenance on the withdrawal system but this has been 2 days that I've been getting this message and the app was updated yesterday

First $1 test withdrawal went fine. Cannot withdraw other funds.

My wife has the same app and has a $147 balance and between mine and hers, pushing almost $200 with no payout options.

It would be zero stars if i could. I've been waiting 213 days for 45 dollars I cashed out on Feb 24th. Its unacceptable. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. Worst change in an app ever.

Unfortunately I can’t give 0 stars because that’s what the Benjamin app deserves. I have been in the queue for almost 8 months. Emails are useless, you only get a general automated response. Don’t waste time on this app, they don’t pay! It’s a scam. There are many others that actually pay as advertised.

Was going on 3year mark checking in every day was never a problem until they put cash outside on hold in Oct of 2025 until December of 25 payout option was back but could only cash out 50 at a time so I put in for 50 received it right away so put in for my balance of 28$ dec 9th 2025 still waiting on it and two more payments from March and July. They went from good to scamers. Don't trust em. Your money will sit in que forever.

The app used to have the option with same day payout, and I never had any issues receiving my funds. Once that was changed, I have 3 different payouts 'in queue'(January '26, March '26 & July '26). Can't get any decent response from customer service.

This app is a complete scam. New users are forced thru a mandatory $1 withdrawal during account creation. Of course that withdrawal works without any problem. Any other request is refused, returning a message that payments are temporarily unavailable, undergoing "maintenance" and will be available "as quickly as possible". That is a lie. There is no "maintenance" and I doubt I could fix their problems if there was.

BE VERY CAREFUL making in-game purchases with an expectation they'll pay the offered reward.

I made a withdrawal request on January 8 and have since made other withdrawals totaling $125. I’m still waiting for the first one on Jan 8 to arrive, but it’s been in the queue ever since.

No humans have responded beyond the same copy/paste reply saying nothing helpful. If they want to scam me and make money selling ads, I will make this the most expensive cash out they didn’t make.

If I could give zero stars I would. I requested a cash out April 23rd and submitted 3 support tickets. The last one I got an auto response saying they are working through a backlog of payments and that PayPal and Venmo payments are under maintenance. It’s supposed to take 5 days not 5 months. I don’t think I’ll ever get paid from them at this point.

I use to use this and get paid no problem but since December 2025 it’s been so unreliable.

1/2 the games I downloaded didn't register or keep in sync, so I downloaded and played a bunch of games that didn't then couldn't be counted.towards cash rewards. Then when I finally did reach the $10 min cash withdrawal, it wouldn't let me payout with PayPal. But it did let me put it towards a gambling casino site, which is not what I wanted, but it was my only option and I ended up losing it all to rigged slots.

I made a withdraw and the money has yet to go into my account, it’s been a day. I’ve seen several bad reviews about Benjamin not paying people.

After first withdrawal they locked my account from making withdrawals saying it's do to suspicious activity. Reached you to support team days ago and haven't heard from there account specialist yet. Just got money sitting in there and I cant retrieve it. Smh

Don't waste your time! Used to be a great app but not anymore. I've been waiting almost a year for payouts of almost $900. Auto replies from Customer service continue to say that they are working on it but I don't think I'll ever see my money.

Should've read the reviews 🙄. I was asked yesterday to link Paypal and withdraw $1, "to make sure" they say. So I did. Then tell me that I can't withdraw the rest unless I have $25 in my account. I played a few more games, watched too many ads, and purchased items to get to the $25 mark. Would you believe it- Paypal is not an option for me now. "Temporarily unavailable" they say. But I can withdraw into a casino app or save it for a sweepstakes in app. 🤬 Just give us our money. This is not ok. Then I get an email today that said, looks like your withdrawal went through, leave us a review on Trust Pilot. So here is my TP review. Same as my Google review. If you read the other reviews youll see, they just withhold your money you earned fair and square from you. Just not right.
